Ո՞վ կդառնա Արցախի նոր նախագահ. Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է վերջ դնել պետական ինստիտուտներին
ANALYSIS
Մայիսի 21-ին ավարտվում է Արցախի նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանի պաշտոնավարման ժամկետը։ Արցախի խորհրդարանը շաբաթներ առաջ նիստ գումարեց, սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ իրականացրեց, որոնք թույլ են տալիս, որ ընտրությունների անհնարինության դեպքում խորհրդարանն ընտրի նախագահին։ Բայց մինչ օրս հայտնի չէ, թե ով է առաջադրելու իր թեկնածությունը Արցախի նախագահի պաշտոնում։ Սամվել Շահրամանյանն ինքը, ըստ տարբեր աղբյուրների, հակված չէ իր թեկնածությունն առաջադրելու, թեպետ Արցախի խորհրդարանականներն ու այլ հայտնի գործիչներ ավելի նախընտրելի են համարում, որպեսզի հենց Շահրամանյանը լինի նախագահ։ Հակառակ պարագայում, ով էլ որ ընտրվի, Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները հնարավորություն են ստանալու մանիպուլացնել և կեղծիքներ տարածել։
ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, ոչ միայն գործող իշխանություններն, այլև ԱԱԾ-ից խիստ զգուշացրել են Շահրամանյանին, որ խնդիրներ կունենա, եթե առաջադրի իր թեկնածությունը։ Ուստի և Շահրամանյանը մեծ հավանականությամբ չի ցանկանում առաջադրվել։ Գործող իշխանությունը նույնիսկ սեփական թեկնածու ունի, որ եթե հանկարծ չհաջողվի Արցախի խորհրդարանին պարտադրել զերծ մնալ ընտրություն կազմակերպելուց, գոնե այնպիսի դեմք ընտրվի, որի հետ աշխատել ավելի հեշտ կլինի, որին հնարավոր կլինի պարտադրել վերջ դնել Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտներին։
2023 թվականի տեղահանությունից հետո Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անում են Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտները վերացնելու համար։ Ինքը Փաշինյանը մի քանի առիթով բավականին կոշտ արձանագրումներ է արել, ընդհուպ սպառնալիքներ տեղացել Արցախի պատգամավորների հասցեին, որոնք առանձնապես մտադիր չեն ընկրկել։ Բայց և հասկանալի է, որ իրավիճակն այսպես երկար չի կարող ձգվել, կամ Արցախի քաղաքական ուժերը դուրս կգան պայքարի հայաստանյան այլ ընդդիմադիր ուժերի հետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դեմ, կամ էլ Փաշինյանը կվերացնի Արցախի բոլոր պետական ինստիտուտները՝ դրանից բխող հետևանքներով։ Ներկայումս Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է Արցախի նախագահի պաշտոնում տեսնել Սամվել Բաբայանին, որն ինքն էլ դեմ չէ, բայց ըստ մեր աղբյուրների դեռևս չի հաջողվել ընդհանուր հայտարարի գալ Արցախի խորհրդարանի մյուս խմբակցությունների հետ։
