Քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Ստեփան Դանիելյանը գրել է.

«Պատերազմի ժամանակ ՊՆ կողմից հիմնական քարոզիչ նշանակված կերպարն ասել է, որ Երկրորդ աշխարհամարտի ժամանակ Գերմանիայի հաղթանակը Հայաստանի համար ձեռնտու կլիներ, որովհետեւ Հիտլերի Գերմանիան պատմական Հայաստանն էր վերականգնելու ու Հայաստանի տարածքից նվաճելու էր Թուրքիան։

Բացարձակապես կարևոր չէ, թե որքանով է ճիշտ այդ տեսակետը։ Կարևերն այն է, թե ինչ մտածողություն ուներ 44-օրյա պատերազմի պաշտոնական քարոզիչը։

Մենք պատերսզմում էինք Ադրբեջանի եւ Թուրքիայի դեմ, որոնց գլխավոր մոդեռատորը Բրիտանիան էր, իսկ նրա թշնամին Ռուսաստանն էր, որպեսզի հեռացվի Կովկասից, ինչի համար անհրաժեշտ էր մեր պարտությունն ու Արցախի ամբողջական հայաթափումը։ Պատերազմից հետո հենց Երևանում այդ մասին բացահայտորեն հայտարարում էին ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարն ու իր կոլեգաները, որոնք մինչ այդ կազմակերպեցին նաեւ Պրահայի հայտարարությունը։

Փաստորեն, մեր բանակի քարոզիչն ու ռազմական գաղտնիքներին տիրապետող անձն առնվազն բիտանա-թուրքական նառատիվն է սպասարկում։

Իսկ արդյոք նա միակն է եղել այդպիսին եւ իրեն նշանակողները եւս Հայաստանի միտումնավոր պարտությանը նույնպես չեն սպասարկել։
