Արցախի վարչապետը մասնակցել է Մարտակերտի գյուղերի տարեկան հաշվետվությունների ներկայացմանը

Արցախի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը փետրվարի 3-ին մասնակցել է Մարտակերտի շրջանի Դրմբոն, Չլդրան, Կիչան և Նոր Ղազանչի գյուղերի համայնքապետների տարեկան հաշվետվությունների ներկայացմանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԱՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Հանդիպումների առաջին հատվածում գյուղապետները ներկայացրել են իրենց կատարած աշխատանքը, տարվա ձեռքբերումներն ու համայնքներում առկա հիմնախնդիրները: Վարչապետն այնուհետև անդրադարձել է գյուղերի հիմնախնդիրներին, ներկայացրել դրանց լուծման իր տեսլականը, ինչպես նաև պատասխանել բնակիչներին հուզող հարցերին:
Դրմբոնում անդրադառնալով «Բեյս մեթըլս» ընկերության կողմից շահագործվող հանքի աշխատանքների ավարտի բացասական ազդեցությանը տեղաբնակների եկամուտների վրա՝ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ներկաների հետ քննարկել է Դրմբոնում գյուղատնտեսության խթանման որոշ ծրագրեր: Գործադիր մարմնի ղեկավարը հավաստիացրել է, որ կառավարությունը կանգնած է գյուղացիների կողքին և պատրաստ է հնարավորինս աջակցել եկամուտների նոր աղբյուրներ ստեղծելուն:
«Մեր նպատակն է հնարավորինս մեծացնել համայնքների և դրանց բնակիչների սեփական եկամուտների չափը՝ տեղում համապատասխան պայմաններ ստեղծելու և մասնագիտական խորհրդատվությամբ աջակցելու միջոցով: Հողագործության և անասնապահության հնարավորությունները բավականին շատ են այստեղ, որից պետք է արդյունավետորեն օգտվել: Կառավարության ուշադրության ներքո է նաև այս գյուղերի ենթակառուցվածքների բարելավման հարցը: Այդ տեսանկյունից, հիմնական խնդիրները լուծել ենք, իսկ մնացածն աստիճանաբար լուծում կստանան համատեղ ջանքերի արդյունքում»,- նշել է վարչապետÕ ¨:
Նշված գյուղերում քննարկվել են ջրագծերի, համայնքային կենտրոնների, դպրոցների կամ մանկապարտեզների վերանորոգմանը վերաբերող հարցեր: Կառավարության ղեկավարը տվել է համապատասխան ցուցումներ՝ կոչ անելով բնակիչներին նախաձեռնող լինել սեփական համայնքների խնդիրների լուծման գործում:
