ԶՊՄԿ-ում ողջ թափով ընթանում է խոստումների կատարումը

Այս տարվա փետրվարին Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատում հրահրված բողոքի ակցիաներից հետո ընկերությունն ընդառաջ գնաց աշխատակիցների խնդրանքներին, խոստանալով առնվազն 3 ոլորտներում բավականին լուրջ փոփոխություններ իրականացնել։ Դրանցից մեկով՝ բժշկական ապահովագրություն տրամադրելու հարցով, ընկերությունն արդեն գործնական քայլեր արել է՝ հայտարարելով բաց մրցույթ և ընտրելով նոր ապահովագրություն, ապահովագրական ընկերություն, որը պետք է ապահովի աշխատակիցների պահանջներին համապատասխան որակյալ ծառայություններ։ Ընդ որում, ոչ միայն կոմբինատի աշխատակիցներին, այլ նաև նրանց ընտանիքների անդամներին։

Ընկերությունը նաև խոստացել էր աշխատանքային պայմանների բարելավում և աշխատավարձի քաղաքականության փոփոխություն։ ԶՊՄԿ-ն վերջին տարիներին իրականացնում է առկա համակարգերի ու նախագծերի տեխնիկական աուդիտ։ Վերջին աուդիտն ավարտվել է 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերին, որից հետո մեկնարկել է նոր համակարգերի նախագծման և ձեռքբերման գործընթացը։ Ընկերությունը երաշխավորել է, որ ժամանակակից բարձր արդյունավետության, օդափոխության և ասպիրացիայի համակարգերը կտեղադրվեն հիմնական արտադրամասում ոչ ուշ, քան 2025 թվականի ավարտը, և արդեն իսկ գործուն քայլեր են ձեռնարկում այդ ուղղությամբ։ Մասնավորապես, միջազգային առաջատար ընկերությունների հետ պայմանավորվածություններ արդեն կան, և լավագույն համակարգերը ներմուծվելու են Հայաստան և տեղադրվելու են կոմբինատում։

Ամենաառանցքային հարցն աշխատավարձերի քաղաքականությունն է, ընկերությունը խոստացել էր աշխատավարձային ֆոնդն ավելացնել միջինը 20 %-ով, իսկ նոր աշխատավարձային համակարգը հիմնական արտադրամասերում կիրառել արտադրության վերականգնումից 1 ամսվա ընթացքում։ ԶՊՄԿ աշխատակիցներից արդեն տեղեկացանք, որ նոր համակարգի տեղադրման աշխատանքները գրեթե ավարտման փուլում են։

Ընկերությունը, լավագույն միջազգային փորձն ու օրինակներն է ներգրավում կոմբինատում, որը Հայաստանի ոչ միայն թիվ մեկ հարկատուն է վերջին տարիների կտրվածքով, այլ նաև լավագույն գործատուներից մեկը:
