ՌԴ-ԱՄՆ հարաբերությունների որոշակի բարելավումն արգելակել է Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանից հեռվացնելու՝ Փաշինյանի ծրագիրը․ Զատուլին

Փաշինյանը փորձել և փորձում է Հայաստանը հեռացնել Ռուսաստանից և ամբողջ հետխորհրդային տարածքից։ NEWS.am-ին տված հարցազրույցում այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ հարցերով հանձնաժողովի առաջին փոխնախագահ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը։

«Ուղղակի հիմա բախտի անիվը, գուցե ժամանակավորապես, փոխել է այդ ծրագրերը և դանդաղեցրել դրանք՝ Ռուսաստանի և Միացյալ Նահանգների միջև հարաբերությունների որոշակի բարելավման պատճառով։ Անշուշտ, դա որոշակի դժվարություն է ստեղծում Փաշինյանի համար, բայց, միաժամանակ, համոզված եմ, որ Փաշինյանը հայ ժողովրդին ամենամեծ վնասը պատճառած մարդն է՝ անկախ Հայաստանի ամբողջ գոյության ընթացքում և, գուցե, բոլոր ժամանակներում»,- նշել է Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը։

Զատուլինը նաև ասել է, որ Ադրբեջանն Անդրկովկասում Ռուսաստանի դաշնակիցը չէ, Ադրբեջանը Թուրքիայի դաշնակիցն է, և ոչ միայն Անդրկովկասում, այլև սկզբունքորեն։ 

«Կարող եմ միայն ասել, որ անկախ Ալիևի ժամանել-չժամանելուց՝ ես հիանալի հասկանում եմ, որ Ռուսաստանը, իհարկե, կցանկանար բնականոն հարաբերություններ ունենալ Ադրբեջանի հետ, բայց դա ամենևին չի նշանակում, որ պետք է մեծ կարևորություն տալ նրան, թե ինչ են ասում Բաքվից կամ փառաբանելել Ադրբեջանն ու ներկայացնել իբրև այնպիսի երկիր, ինչպիսին այն չի հանդիսանում իրականում։ Դա չի նշանակում, որ Բաքվի հրահանգով ես պետք է մոռանամ, որ 2020-2023 թվականներին Ադրբեջանը, մի կողմ դնելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման երկարամյա բանակցությունները, մեր աչքի առջև Թուրքիայի օգնությամբ զավթեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը և ստիպեց (այլ կերպ չեմ կարող դա որակել) հայ բնակչությանը հեռանալ այնտեղից»,- նշեց Զատուլինը։

Նրա համոզմամբ՝ կատարվածը չի համապատասխանում ո՛չ բանակցային գործընթացի տառին ու ոգուն, ո՛չ էլ, մեծ հաշվով, Ռուսաստանի շահերին։

«Ռուսաստանը, իհարկե, շահագրգռված է, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև պատերազմներ չլինեն, բայց, միևնույն ժամանակ, չի կարող շահագրգռված լինել որևէ բնակչության արտաքսմամբ, և, օրինակ, հազարամյա պատմություն ունեցող հայկական վանքերն ալբանական հռչակելով կամ այլ ծագման վերագրելով»,-ընդգծել է Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը:
