Մեկնարկում է զբաղվածության ապահովման նոր ծրագիր, որը հնարավորություն կտա Ադրբեջանի կողմից 2016, 2020 և 2022 թթ․սանձազերծված ռազմական գործողություններին մասնակցած անձանց, ինչպես նաև 2020 թվականից հետո ժամկետային պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից զորացրված գործազուրկ քաղաքացիներին ձեռք բերել մասնագիտական հմտություններ, աշխատանքային փորձառություն և աշխատանք։
Ծրագրի շրջանակում գործատուին հնարավորություն է տրվում անձամբ ընտրել, թե իրեն դիմած քաղաքացին որ բաղադրիչի անհրաժեշտությունն ունի։
Ըստ այդմ, ծրագիրն ունի 3 բաղադրիչ՝
մինչև 5 ամիս տևողությամբ շահառուի մասնագիտական ուսուցում (այս դեպքում պետության կողմից փոխհատուցվում է շահառուի ուսման վարձը՝ ամսական 50,000 դրամի չափով, տրամադրվում է կրթաթոշակ՝ նվազագույն ամսական աշխատավարձի 50 %-ի չափով (37,500 դրամ), ինչպես նաև մեկ տարի ժամկետով, ամսական կտրվածքով տրամադրվում է հարկերի փոխհատուցում՝ ամսական առավելագույնը 50,000 դրամի չափով),
գործատուի մոտ եռամսյա աշխատանքային փորձի ձեռքբերման գործընթացի կազմակերպում (այս դեպքում առնվազն մեկ տարի ժամկետով աշխատանքային պայմանագիր է կնքվում գործատուի և շահառուի միջև, որից հետո պետության կողմից գործատուին փոխհատուցվում է շահառուին վճարվող աշխատավարձը՝ նվազագույն ամսական աշխատավարձի չափով, ամսական կտրվածքով, ինչպես նաև շահառուի աշխատավարձից հաշվարկվող հարկային և սոցիալական վճարները՝ առաջին 3 ամսում ամսական առավելագույնը 25,000 դրամի չափով, հաջորդ 9 ամիսներին՝ ամսական առավելագույնը 50,000 դրամի չափով),
գործատուին միանվագ փոխհատուցման տրամադրում՝ 300,000 դրամի չափով՝ շահառուի հետ առնվազն մեկ տարի ժամկետով աշխատանքային պայմանագիր կնքելու պարագայում։
Ծրագրից օգտվելու համար քաղաքացիները նախ պետք է հաշվառվեն՝ դիմելով Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության տարածքային կենտրոն։
