Կառավարության որոշմամբ ոստիկանությունում ծառայության անցնելու տարիքային շեմի սահմանափակումը հանվել է

Գործադիրը հավանություն է տվել «Ոստիկանությունում ծառայության մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագծի վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությանը: Որոշմամբ առաջարկվում է ոստիկանությունում ծառայության անցնելու տարիքային շեմի սահմանափակումը հանել։ Որոշմամբ հնարավորություն է տրվում նաև ոստիկանությունում առաջին անգամ պաշտոնի նշանակված ծառայողին ատեստավորվել ոչ թե պաշտոնի նշանակվելուց վեց ամիս, այլ՝ երկու ամիս անց։ Բացի այդ, որոշմամբ իրավական հիմք է ստեղծվում համայնքային ոստիկանությունն առավել թիրախային կրթական ծրագրի շրջանավարտներով օպերատիվ կերպով մեկանգամյա համալրելու համար։ Ընդ որում, արհեստագործական կրթություն ստացած, ինչպես նաև համապատասխան վերապատրաստում անցած ծառայողները կհամարվեն հավելավճարի ստացում նախատեսող ատեստավորում անցած։ Սահմանվում է, որ համայնքային ոստիկանի պաշտոնում կարող են նշանակվել միայն Լիազոր մարմնի ուսումնական հաստատությունում համայնքային ոստիկանի արհեստագործական կրթություն ստացած անձինք։
Ինչ վերաբերում է գործող ոստիկանության ծառայողներին, ապա նրանց նշանակումը համայնքային ոստիկանության միջին, ավագ կամ գլխավոր խմբերի պաշտոններում կատարվելու է բացառապես Լիազոր մարմնի ուսումնական հաստատությունում համապատասխան վերապատրաստման դասընթացն ավարտելուց հետո։

Վարչապետը նշել է. «Ես ուզում եմ իմ գոհունակությունն արտահայտել, որ մենք եկել հասել ենք այս կետին, որ ասում ենք, որ ոստիկանությունում աշխատանքի անցնելու համար տարիքը էական չէ»: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նաև ընդգծել է անձի ֆունկցիոնալության օբյեկտիվ գնահատման համակարգ ունենալու կարևորությունը և այս համատեքստում առաջարկել նույն տրամաբանությունը կիրառել Պաշտպանության բանակում:
