Փաշինյանի եզակի ողջամիտ որոշումը

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդունել է Մոսկվա մեկնելու հրավերը և մայիսի 9-ին մասնակցելու է Հաղթանակի 80-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառումներին։ Տևական ժամանակ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները նախնական հաստատումից հետո որևէ կերպ չէին արձագանքում՝ արդյոք Փաշինյանը մայիսի 9-ին մեկնելու է Մոսկվա, թե՞ ոչ։ Իսկ հաստիքային արևմտամետներն էլ միաբերան պահանջում էին Փաշինյանից հրաժարվել Մոսկվա մեկնելու մտադրությունից, տարատեսակ փաստարկներ ու պարզաբանումներ ներկայացնում, թե ինչու Փաշինյանը չպետք է մեկնի։
Երեկ խորհրդարանում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հաստատել է, որ ընդունել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահի հրավերը։ Ավելին, չի կարծում, թե այդ այցը կվնասի Հայաստան-Արևմուտք հարաբերություններին։ «Մենք բալանսավորված և բալանսավորման արտաքին քաղաքականություն ենք որդեգրել, և այդ քաղաքականության մեջ չի մտնում ամենևին, որ մենք մի ուղղությամբ մեր հարաբերությունները կառուցելու ենք ի հաշիվ մեր այլ հարաբերությունների կամ, առավել ևս, այդ քաղաքականության տրամաբանության երբեք չի եղել, որ մենք Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն այցեր չենք ունենալու և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ հարաբերությունները չենք զարգացնելու և չենք խորացնելու»,- հայտարարել է Փաշինյանը։
Ուշագրավ է, որ այս ֆոնին Մոսկվա մեկնելուց հրաժարվել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը։ Ռուսաստանի նախագահի օգնական Յուրի Ուշակովը հայտնել է, որ հաղորդագրություն է ստացել, թե, ցավոք Ալիևը չի ժամանելու։ Ընդ որում, պաշտոնական Բաքուն Ադրբեջանի նախագահի Մոսկվա չմեկնելը բացատրել է «Հեյդար Ալիևին նվիրված ներքին միջոցառումներին մասնակցությամբ»։
Այս պայմաններում, երբ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը կորցնում է իրականության զգացումը և երբեմն անցնում չափը, Հայաստանի համար կարող է բացվել Ռուսաստանի հետ փոխհարաբերությունները բարելավելու բավականին հետաքրքիր մի իրավիճակ։ Անշուշտ, նորմալ իշխանությունը Մոսկվա այցով կփորձի հանդիպում կազմակերպել Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ, փորձել բարելավել խաթարված հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները, որոշակի դինամիկա հաղորդել, ինչը դրական էֆեկտ կունենա Հայաստանի համար։ Կանի՞ արդյոք Փաշինյանը դա, խիստ կասկածում ենք։
