Մինչ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է անդադար կրակոցներ արձակել Սյունիքի մարզի Խոզնավար և Խնածախ համայնքների ուղղությամբ, Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները շարունակում են ծաղրել սեփական ժողովրդին։ Մասնավորապես, վարչապետի աշխատակազմը երեկ հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանն Ադրբեջանին է փոխանցել հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումների համապատասխան տեղեկություններ, Բաքուն էլ Երևանին է ներկայացրել հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումների մասին համապատասխան տեղեկություններ։ «Տեղեկությունները հայկական կողմը հետաքննել է և հետաքննության արդյունքների մասին տեղեկանք է փոխանցել ադրբեջանական կողմին»,- հայտնել են՝ «վարչապետի աշխատակազմից միաժամանակ չեն հստակեցրել, արդյոք ադրբեջանական կողմն իր իսկ խախտումների մասին է տեղեկություններ տրամադրել», թե՞ հայկական կողմի ենթադրյալ խախտումների, ինչի մեջ մեղադրում են Երևանին։ Մինչ «վարչապետի աշխատակազմը» այս հայտարարությունն էր անում, կրկին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Ադրբեջանը Խնածախի, Խոզնավարի և այլ ուղղություններով խախտել է հրադադարի ռեժիմը։

Անվտանգային հարցերով փորձագետ, ԱԺ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանի գնահատմամբ, Ադրբեջանը մի ամիս է սիստեմատիկ ձևով ահաբեկում է սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի բնակիչներին՝ գիշերային ժամերին որոշակի պարբերականությամբ կրակահերթեր արձակելով և հոգեբանական, նյութական ու այլ վնասներ պատճառելով։ Իսկ գործող իշխանությունները փորձում են ոչ թե լուծել Խոզնավարի և Խնածախի բնակիչների հարցերը, այլ, ընդհակառակը, ծաղրում են այդ բնակիչներին։

Օրեր առաջ իշխանության տարբեր ներկայացուցիչներ այցելել են Խոզնավար ու Խնածախ, լուսանկարներ հրապարակել, հայտարարել, թե իբր սյունեցիների կողքին են։ Բայց որևէ հանդիպում բնակիչների հետ չեն ունեցել, միայն մի քանի կողմնակիցների հետ քեֆ են արել, ասում են, անգամ ոչխար են մորթել և վերադարձել են Երևան։ Նրանց խնդիրը տպավորություն ստեղծելն էր, թե Խնածախում և Խոզնավարում խնդիրներ չկան, մինչդեռ իրականում թշնամին այնպիսի պայմաններ է ստեղծում, որ առնվազն այդ գյուղերի բնակիչները լքեն իրենց բնակավայրերը։
