Սևաստոպոլի պետական համալսարանի (SevSU) և Տոմսկի պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանի (TPU) գիտնականները մշակել են օգտագործված արևային մարտկոցների և այլ բարդ տարրերի վերամշակման նորարարական մեթոդ տիեզերական և միջուկային արդյունաբերության մեջ օգտագործվող արժեքավոր բարձր ամրության նյութեր ստանալու համար, գրում է ixbt.com–ը:
Թափոնների ավանդական մեխանիկական մանրացման և հեռացման փոխարեն, որն օգտագործվում է մեծ ծավալի թափոնների դեպքում, գիտնականներն առաջարկում են օգտագործել պլազմային մշակում: Երկու համալսարաններն էլ աշխատում են նմանատիպ տեխնոլոգիաների վրա, բայց պլազմայի արտադրության տարբեր մոտեցումներով. SevSU-ն օգտագործում է ուղղակի հոսանք, իսկ TPU-ն փոփոխական հոսանք: Այդ երկու մեթոդների համադրումը կարող է հանգեցնել ամենաարդյունավետ և ծախսարդյունավետ տեխնոլոգիայի:
Վերամշակման գործընթացը ենթադրում է թափոնների տարանջատում բեկորների մեջ, այնուհետև դրանք մշակում պլազմայով հատուկ խցիկում: Արդյունքում ստացվում է փոշի, որից կարող են արդյունահանվել այնպիսի արժեքավոր նյութեր, ինչպիսիք են սիլիցիումի կարբիդները և վոլֆրամի բորիդները: Այդ նյութերն ունեն բարձր հալման կետ և պնդություն, ինչը նրանց դարձնում է իդեալական տիեզերքում և միջուկային էներգիայի ծայրահեղ պայմաններում օգտագործելու համար:
Նոր մեթոդի առավելությունը նրա բազմակողմանիությունն է: էներգետիկ օբյեկտներում վերամշակում պահանջող նյութերի մեծ մասը պարունակում է ածխածին, որն անհրաժեշտ է պլազմայի մշակման համար: Այսպիսով, տեխնոլոգիան ոչ միայն լուծում է թափոնների հեռացման խնդիրը, այլ նաև ստեղծում է արժեքավոր հումքի նոր աղբյուր։ Նախագիծն արդեն գրավել է Rosenergoatom-ի և TVEL-ի ուշադրությունը։ Ներկայումս SevSU-ի գիտնականները ստեղծել են ինստալացիաներ տարբեր ծավալների նյութերի մշակման համար հաջողությամբ թեստեր կատարելով փոքր խմբաքանակների վրա (մոտ 80 գրամ): Այնուամենայնիվ քանի որ այս տեխնոլոգիան մասշտաբային է, նախատեսվում է այն կիրառել արդյունաբերական արտադրության մեջ:
