«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարությունն առաջարկում է փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարել «Կիբեռանվտանգության մասին», «Հանրային տեղեկությունների մասին», «Տեղեկատվական համակարգերի կարգավորման մարմնի մասին» օրենքներում: Նշվում է, որ կիբերանվտանգության ապահովումը ներկայումս կրում է անդրսահմանային բնույթ, և Հայաստանը միջազգային համագործակցության և ստանձնած պարտավորությունների շրջանակներում չի կարող անմասն մնալ այդ գործընթացներից և անհրաժեշտ քայլեր է ձեռնարկում կիբեռանվտանգության մարտահրավերներին դիմակայելու, արդյունավետ լուծումների և գործիքակազմերի ներդրման ուղղությամբ։
«Տեղեկատվական համակարգերի կարգավորման մարմնի մասին» օրենքում համապատասխան փոփոխությամբ՝ կստեղծվի տեղեկատվական համակարգերի կարգավորման ոլորտում մասնագիտացված մարմին՝ ինքնավար մարմնի կարգավիճակով, որի իրավասության տիրույթում է լինելու Հայաստանի միասնական թվայնացված միջավայրի և թվային տնտեսության ձևավորման խթանման և պաշտպանվածության ապահովումը, մասնակցությունը տեղեկատվական համակարգերի, կիբերանվտանգության բնագավառում պետական քաղաքականության մշակմանը և այլն:
«Կիբերանվտանգության մասին» օրենքում կատարվելիք փոփոխությունը կօգնի կիբերանվտանգության ոլորտում պետական համալիր քաղաքականություն և գործողությունների ծրագրի մշակման, կիբերանվտանգության մարտահրավերների և ռիսկերի գույքագրման, դրանց դասակարգման, կիբերմիջադեպերին արձագանքման համակարգված միջոցառումների և սկզբունքների սահմանման, արտակարգ իրավիճակներում և ռազմական դրության ժամանակ կիբերանվտանգության ապահովման ուժեղացման, լրացուցիչ գործողությունների պլանի և համապատասխան սցենարների մշակման, դերերի և պատասխանատվության շրջանակի հստակեցման, կիբերվարժանքների պլանավորման և իրականացման, հասարակության լայն շրջանակների իրազեկման և կիբերգրագիտության մակարդակի բարձրացմանը միտված ծրագրերի իրականացման համար։
«Հանրային տեղեկությունների մասին» օրենքի նախագծի ընդունումը կնպաստի հանրային տեղեկությունների արդյունավետ կառավարմանը, բաց տվյալների քաղաքականության, տվյալների հավաքագրման «մեկանգամյա» սկզբունքի ներդրմանը, պետական տեղեկատվական համակարգի, դրանում թվային տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման ինստիտուցիոնալ մեխանիզմների մշակմանը և ներդրմանը և այլն:
