Չեչնիայի ղեկավար Ռամզան Կադիրովը Telegram ալիքում բացատրել է իր հրաժարականի մասին խոսքերը՝ նշելով, որ շատերը չեն հասկացել իր հայտարարության իմաստը։

«Ես չեմ որոշում՝ կմնամ Չեչնիայի Հանրապետության ղեկավարի պաշտոնում, թե ոչ։ Այո՛, կարող եմ հարցնել կամ առաջարկել։ Բայց անկախ նրանից, թե ինչպես եմ խոսում, անկախ նրանից, թե ինչպես եմ խնդրում, նման որոշում կայացնում է միայն մեկ մարդ՝ մեր Գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատար, Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Վլադիմիրովիչ Պուտինը», - գրել է նա։

Կադիրովն իրեն անվանել է հետևակային և թիմային խաղացող՝ ընդգծելով, որ կատարում է հրամաններ։

Ավելի վաղ հանրապետության ղեկավարը «Չեչնիա Թեդեյ» լրատվական գործակալության հետ զրույցում մեկնաբանել էր իր հրաժարականի մասին լուրերը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ ինքն է խնդրում ազատվել իր պաշտոնից և հույս ունի, որ իր խնդրանքը կաջակցվի։

Կադիրովը Չեչնիան կառավարում է 2007 թվականից։ Նա այս պաշտոնը զբաղեցրել է ավելի երկար, քան որևէ այլ տարածաշրջանային առաջնորդ։ Վերջին անգամ նա նախագահական ընտրություններում հաղթել էր 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերին՝ ստանալով ձայների 99.7 տոկոսը։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, Կադիրովը բազմիցս խոսել է հրաժարական տալու իր պատրաստակամության մասին, բայց ամեն անգամ ընդգծում էր, որ իրավունք չունի հենց այնպես հեռանալ, քանի որ Չեչնիայի բնակիչները նրան են վստահել տարածաշրջանի ղեկավարումը։
