Փաշինյանը հրավիրվել է Հաղթանակի օրվա տոնակատարություններին: Այսօր կայացած ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան։
«Ինձ թվում է հայտնի փաստ է, որ Նիկոլ Վովաևիչ Փաշինյանը ԱՊՀ այլ ղեկավարների հետ հրավիրվել է հանդիսավոր միջոցառումներին, և, ինչպես հասկացանք, պլանավորել և ծրագրում է գալ, բայց այս տեղեկատվության հաստատման համար, իհարկե, պետք է կապ հաստատել ՌԴ նախագահի վարչակազմի և, իհարկե, հայկական կողմի հետ։
Ինչ վերաբերում է զինվորական անձնակազմի մասնակցությանը, ընդհանուր առմամբ, ես ասացի, որ նախատեսվում է տարբեր երկրների ռազմական անձնակազմի մասնակցություն, բայց կոնկրետության համար պետք է դիմել ՌԴ ՊՆ, քանի որ նրանք են զբաղվում շքերթի նախապատրաստությամբ և իրականացմամբ»,- հավելել է Զախարովան։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ Ուկրաինայի ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարել էր, որ «չեզոք» երկրների կողմից մայիսի 9-ին մոսկովյան շքերթին մասնակցելու համար զինվորականներ ուղարկելը կդիտարկվի որպես նրանց «չեզոքության» խախտում։
