Արտակարգ իրավիճակ՝ Նուբարաշենի բանտի ճանապարհին. անձրևաջրերը մի քանի կմ-ոց խցանում են առաջացրել

Այսօր՝ մայիսի 5-ին, տեղացած հորդառատ անձրևի պատճառով Երևանի մի քանի փողոցներում արտակարգ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել։ 

Ինչպես տեղից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, Նուբարաշենի խճուղում՝ ժողովրդին հայտնի Նուբարաշենի բանտի ճանապարհին, սելավատարերի խցանման կամ չլինելու պատճառով անձրևաջրերը մի իսկական քաոս են ստեղծել մոտ 3 կմ-անոց հատվածում։

Անձրևաջրերը լցվում են խճուղու բնակելի շենքերի բակեր, նկուղներ, անգամ առաջին հարկեր, սեփական տներ ու քաղաքացիները չգիտեն, թե որ կառույցին դիմեն, որպեսզի իրենց օգնեն։ Մի քանի հասցեներում անգամ դադարեցվել է էլեկտրամատակարարումը։

Նուբարաշենի խճուղում մոտ 40-ից ավելի ավտոմեքենաների վարորդներ ընկած իրենց մեքենաների համարանիշերն էին ման գալիս։ Այդ հարցում նրանց օգնում էր նաև Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Հակոբ Բալայանը, ում խնդրանքով ժամանել էին նաև «Վեոլիա ջուր» ընկերության ներկայացուցիչները, ովքեր ոչ թե հատուկ տեխնիկայով էին փորձում ջրի հոսքը դադարեցնել, այլ ինչ-որ «լոմիկով»։ Էստեղ են ասում՝ 21-րդ դարում «լոմիկն» իր գործն անում է։

Իսկ ավելի լուրջ, այդ խնդիրը 30 տարուց ավելի չի կարգավորվում ու ամեն անգամ, երբ եղանակը անձրևում է, այս պատկերն է։ 

Բազմաթիվ վարորդներ քաղցր խոսքեր էին ուղղում պատասխանատուների հարցերին՝ ասելով, թե հետո էլ պաշտոնյաները պնդում են, թե Հայաստանը բռնել է եվրոպական ուղին։
