Թրամփը հայտարարել է, որ մտադիր չէ 3-րդ անգամ առաջադրվել նախագահի պաշտոնի համար

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը մտադիր չէ երրորդ անգամ առաջադրվել նախագահական ժամկետի համար։ Այս մասին նա հայտարարել է NBC հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում։
Լրագրողը հարցրել է, թե արդյոք Թրամփը լրջորեն դիտարկում է հերթական վերընտրության հեռանկարը, նույնիսկ եթե ԱՄՆ Սահմանադրությունը երրորդ նախագահություն չի նախատեսում։
«Ես նախագահ եմ լինելու, ընդհանուր առմամբ, 8 տարի, 2 ժամկետ։ «Ես միշտ մտածել եմ, որ դա շատ կարևոր է», - ասել է Թրամփը։
Ամերիկայի նախագահի խոսքով՝ իր կողմնակիցները պարբերաբար հորդորում են իրեն առաջադրվել երրորդ ժամկետի համար, սակայն ինքը մտադիր չէ դա անել։
«Շատ մարդիկ վաճառում են «Թրամփ 2028» գլխարկներ։ Այնուամենայնիվ, ես չեմ պատրաստվում դա անել։ Ես պատրաստվում եմ անցկացնել չորս հիանալի տարիներ, իսկ հետո այն կհանձնեմ մեկ ուրիշի, իդեալականը՝ մեծ հանրապետականի»,- հավելել է ԱՄՆ նախագահը։
Նշենք, որ 1951 թվականին ընդունված Ամերիկայի Սահմանադրության 22-րդ փոփոխության համաձայն՝ նույն անձը կարող է պետության ղեկավար ընտրվել ոչ ավելի, քան երկու անգամ։ ԱՄՆ-ում հաջորդ նախագահական ընտրությունները տեղի կունենան 2028 թվականին։ Միևնույն ժամանակ Թրամփը նախկինում հնարավոր էր համարել երրորդ անգամ առաջադրվելը, և լրատվամիջոցներում տեղեկություններ հայտնվեցին, որ ԱՄՆ նախագահը հանձնարարել է Արդարադատության նախարարությանը ուսումնասիրել 2028 թվականի նախագահական ընտրություններին իր հնարավոր մասնակցության օրինականությունը։
