«3+3» տարածաշրջանային խորհրդատվական հարթակի հաջորդ հանդիպումները կանցկացվեն Երևանում և Բաքվում՝ մասնակիցների կողմից համաձայնեցված հերթականության կարգով։ Այս մասին, ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցների փոխանցմամբ, հայտնել է Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը՝ մեկնաբանելով տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակի կայունացմանն ուղղված բանակցությունների ձևաչափը։
Դիվանագետի խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև 2020-2022 թվականներին ամենաբարձր մակարդակով փոխգործակցությունը հնարավորություն է տվել մշակել մի շարք համատեղ հայտարարություններ։
2021 թվականին ստեղծվեց Հարավային Կովկասում տնտեսական և տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման եռակողմ աշխատանքային խումբ՝ փոխվարչապետների համանախագահությամբ։
Կոպիրկինն ընդգծել է, որ տարածաշրջանի ճակատագիրը պետք է որոշեն Հարավային Կովկասի երկրները և նրանց հարևանները, իսկ կայունության բանալին ներառական երկխոսությունն է և արտաքին աշխարհաքաղաքական միջամտությանը հակազդելը։
