Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը հայտարարել է, որ ընկերության աշխատակիցների և նրանց ընտանիքի անդամների բժշկական ապահովագրության ծառայություն մատուցելու մրցույթում հաղթող է ճանաչել Հայաստանի առաջատար ապահովագրական ընկերություններից մեկին։

Հիշեցնենք, այս տարվա հունվար-փետրվար ամիսներին տեղի ունեցած բողոքի ցույցերից հետո ընկերությունն ընդառաջ գնաց աշխատակիցների խնդրանքներին և որոշում կայացրեց փոփոխություններ իրականացնել թե՛ աշխատավարձերի քաղաքականության, և թե՛ աշխատանքային պայմանների բարելավման հարցերում, նաև խոստացավ մրցույթ հայտարարել բժշկական ապահովագրություն ապահովելու համար։ Ուստի և կարճ ժամանակ անց արդեն ընկերությունը բավականին պահանջկոտ պայմաններ ներկայացրեց և իրականացրեց ապահովագրական ընկերության ընտրությունը։

Այս ամիսներին ԶՊՄԿ գլխավոր տնօրենը և կոմբինատի ղեկավարությունը շրջել են հիմնական արտադրամասերով, մեկ առ մեկ լսել բոլոր աշխատակիցների հուզող հարցերը, առանձնացրել առաջնահերթ լուծումներ պահանջող խնդիրները և շարունակական ու համակարգված այդ հանդիպումների արդյունքում էլ որոշում է կայացվել ընդհանրապես փոխել աշխատակիցների համար պայմանները։

Կոմբինատն առանց այն էլ, լինելով Հայաստանի թիվ 1 հարկատուն, սոցիալական ահռելի ծրագրեր է իրականացնում և ոչ միայն սեփական կոմբինատի աշխատակիցների համար։ Սյունիքի մարզում բազմաթիվ գյուղերում սոցիալական բնույթի նախագծեր են իրականացվում։ Բացի այդ, ԶՊՄԿ սոցիալական ծրագրերն առանցքային նշանակություն ունեն Սյունիքի մարզում հանգրվանած արցախցիների համար։
