Փաշինյանը նոր հորիզոններ է նվաճում՝ պետական պարտքի ավելացման հարցում

Պետական պարտքը մարտի 31-ի դրությամբ կազմում է 5 տրիլիոն 318 միլիարդ դրամ, ինչը նախորդ տարվա դեկտեմբերի 31-ի դրությամբ ավելացել է 4.4 %-ով, իսկ դոլարով արտահայտված աճել է 5.8 %-ով։ Այս մասին, այսօր ասել է ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը:
Նրա խոսքով, 2024 թվականի արդյունքներով պետական պարտք/ՀՆԱ հարաբերակցությունը նվազել է 0.1 տոկոսային կետով։ ԱՄՆ դոլարով արտահայտված պարտքը կազմում է 13 մլրդ 581 մլն դոլար։ Նախարարը պնդում է, թե այս ամբողջ պարտքի ներգրավումը և ծավալները պլանավորված են Հայաստանի բյուջեով և միջնաժամկետ պարտքի ռազմավարությամբ, որտեղ բացահայտվում է թե պարտքի ներգրավման ծավալը և թե դրանց աղբյուրները։
2024-ի տարեվերջի դրությամբ Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը դրամային արտահայտությամբ կազմել է մոտ 5 տրլն 93 մլրդ դրամ, որից 2 տրլն 533 մլրդ դրամը ներքին պարտքն էր, 2 տրլն 560 մլրդ դրամը՝ արտաքին։ Փաստացի, միայն երեք ամսում պետական պարտքն աճել է ավելի քան կես միլիարդ դոլարով։
2015 թ., երբ Հայաստանի արտաքին պարտքը 6 մլրդ դոլար էր, ընդդիմադիր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խորհրդարանի ամբիոնից քննադատում էր նախկին իշխանություններին՝ պետական պարտքն ավելացնելու մեջ։ Ինչպես լինում է Փաշինյանի բոլոր հայտարարությունների դեպքում, այս անգամ էլ գործ ունենք սովորական երեսպաշտության հետ։ Եթե նախորդ 27 տարիներին պարտքը հասել էր 6,4 մլրդ դոլարի, ապա վեց տարում ավելացել էր ևս 7,2 մլրդ դոլարով։
Գործող իշխանությունն ինքնամոռաց կերպով ավելացնում է ՀՀ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու պարտքային պարտավորությունները՝ չմտածելով հետևանքների մասին։ Սեփական իշխանությունն ամեն գնով երկարաձգելու, սոցիալական «բունտից» խուսափելու համար Փաշինյանն ու իր իշխանությունը չեն խորշում երկիրն ավելի մեծ պարտքի, և, որպես հետևանք, արտաքին ազդեցության տակ գցելուց։
