Կենստանտին Տեր-Նակալյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Արագածավանում ինչ որ խոտի դեզի պատճառով վիճաբանություն է ծագել, որը վեր է ածվել ծեծկռտուքի, հետո կրկնասպանության, իսկ հետո՝ համագյուղական վենտետտայի։ Ասում ա հիմա սաղ գյուղը ոստիկաններ են, որպեսզի տուժող ու վնասող կողմի հարազատները իրար չմորթեն (գիշերը արդեն իրար ավտոներ են վնասել ու այրել)։ Սակայն մի ուշագրավ դրվագ կա էս ամենում․ սպանությունը կատարվել է որսորդական հրացանից, որը ոնց հասկանում եմ՝ օրինական է ամրակցված եղել։

Դեռ վաղ է խոսել նրա մասին, որ Հայաստանում խիստ ակտուալ է զենքի օրինականացման մասին բանավեճը, բայց այդուհանդերձ մի շարք միանգամայն հարգելի ու բանիմաց կամրադներ պարբերաբար կողմ են արտահայտվում նրան, որպեսզի Հայաստանում քաղաքացիներն իրավունք ունենան մարտական զենք կրելու։ Ես այդ ընկերների հետ սկզբունքորեն համաձայն չեմ ու այս միջադեպը դասական օրինակ է նրա, թե ինչու համաձայն չեմ։

Չեխովի աքսիոմն ա․ պատից կախած հրացանը վաղ թե ուշ կրակում ա, իսկ հայակական իրականության ու մենթալիտետի պարագայում, ինքը կարակում ա վաղ։ Ասենք, երբ բռնում են ու մի քանի հոգով քոթակում են մեկին, էդ մեկը խիստ հակված ա լինում գյուլլելու էդ մի քանի հոգուն՝ առանց երկար-բարակ մտածելու հետևանքների մասին։

Որպես հակափաստարկ բերվում է այն, որ ասենք քրեական տարրերի ու բեսպրեդելշիկների հակազդելու հարցում զենքն անփոխարինելի է ու պրոֆիլակտիկ գործառույթ է կատարում, բայց ես դրա հետ էլ համաձայն չեմ, որովհետև վախեցած ու/կամ շոկի մեջ գտնվող հասարակ մարդը, ով պրոֆեսիոնալ հմտություններ չունի, կամ էլ շատ քիչ ունի զենք կիրառելու հարցում՝ ստուպռի մեջ ա մտնում ու նշված տարրերի դեմ քիչ հավանականությամբ զենք կկիրառի։ Ինչի մասին է խոսքը, եթե հաճախ իրենց մեջ ուժ չեն գտնում միանգամայն վտիտ խուլիգանի բերնին տալու։ Կիրառելու դեպքում էլ հետևանքները կարող են լինել, ինչպես Վերնիսաժի հայտնի կրակոցների ժամանակ եղավ․ աջուձախ կրակում են ու պատահաբար անմեղ մարդկանց են վնասում։

Դրա համար, ոչ միայն չի կարելի զենք օրինականացնել, այլ իմ խխխորին համոզմամբ, Հայաստանում պետք է արգելվի որսորդական զենքը ևս, քանի որ ոչ ոք չի մնացել որսի մսի հույսին, այլ դա պարզապես ֆետիշ է, դաժան մի սպորտ։ Բացի դրանից, համ Արագածավանի դեպքի պես միջադեպերի հավանականությունը կնվազի, համ էլ վայրի բնությունը ավելի հանգիստ շունչ կքաշի։
