ՀՅԴ Հայ դատի կենտրոնական գրասենյակը Բաքվում պահվող հայերի հարցով դիմել է ԵԱՀԿ պատասխանատուներին

ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի Հայ դատի կենտրոնական գրասենյակը Բաքվում պահվող 23 հայ գերիների (ներառյալ՝ Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարները) ազատ արձակմանն աջակցելու համար դիմել է Եվրոպայի անվտանգության և համագործակցության կազմակերպության (ԵԱՀԿ) պատասխանատուներին՝ առաջարկելով, որ գործարկեն ԵԱՀԿ-ի տրամադրության տակ գտնվող գործիքակազմերը՝ ԵԱՀԿ շրջանակում Ադրբեջանի հանձնառությունների համատեքստում գնահատելու օրենսդրական և վարչական ընթացակարգերը, փաստերը արձանագրելու, ինչպես նաև համապատասխան առաջարկներ և խորհրդատվուություւններ կատարելու համար։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի Հայ դատի կենտրոնական գրասենյակից:
«ԵԱՀԿ-ի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներին փոխանցված են նաև մի շարք տեղեկություններ Ադրբեջանում դատական համակարգի թերությունների, ինչպես նաև ի աջակցություն հայ գերիների՝ տարբեր պետությունների և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների դիրքորոշումների մասին։
Միաժամանակ, շարունակում է գործել ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի Հայ դատի կենտրոնական գրասենյակի կողմից ստեղծված հարթակը՝ https://armeniancause.net/ հասցեով, որտեղ հնարավոր է ստորագրել առցանց խնդրագիր՝ ուղղված ԵԱՀԿ համապատասխան պաշտոնյաներին։
Յուրաքանչյուր օրը ճակատագրական է մեր գերիների բարօրրության ու կյանքի համար։ Միջազգային հանրությունը պետք է ճնշում գործադրի Ադրբեջանի և նախագհահ Իլհամ Ալիևի վրա, որպեսզի դադարեցվեն մարդու իրավունքների կոպիտ խախտումներն ու ազատ արձակվեն ապօրինի կերպով ձերբակալված բոլոր հայ գերիները։
Ստորագրությունների թիվը ներկայումս հասել է վեց հազարի, սակայն, անհրաժեշտ է մեծացնել այն։ Ուստի, ՀՅԴ Հայ դատի կենտրոնական գրասենյակը, նրանց, ովքեր դեռևս չեն միացել հիշյալ պահանջին, խնդրում է ստորագրել խնդրագիրը և օժանդակել Բաքվում ապօրինի պահվող հայ գերիների ազատ արձակման աշխատանքներին»:
