«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Փաշինյանը պաշտոնական այցով Էստոնիա էր մեկնել, Տալլինում մի քանի հոգի հայ էին գտել ու հանդիպում կազմակերպել: Դե, դա՝ դեռ մի կողմ: Սովորական փաշինյանական շոու է ու հատկապես վերջին շրջանում նրա այցերի համար սովորական պատկեր: Ինչ վերաբերում է Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու Բալթյան երկրների Հայոց թեմի առաջնորդ Վազգեն արքեպիսկոպոս Միրզախանյանին, որը նախկինում, ըստ մամուլի հրապարակումների, որոշակի սկանդալների մեջ է հայտնվել, և որը չափազանց ջերմորեն ընդունեց Փաշինյանին, ինչի համար հանրային մեծ քննադատության արժանացավ, դա արդեն Եկեղեցու խնդիրն է, Մայր աթոռի արձագանքին սպասող թեմա:

Շատ ավելի «ուշագրավ» էր Փաշինյանի ֆեյսբուքյան գրառումը, թե՝ Տալլինը կոկիկ, խնամված քաղաք է: Տալլինի՝ դեռ ԽՍՀՄ տարիներից հայտնի խնամվածությունը Փաշինյանին «մտքերի էր մղել» առ այն, որ էստոնացիները մաքրասեր են ու հայրենասեր: Փաշինյանի ակնարկը և զուգահեռը չափազանց բացահայտ է, քանզի նրա դիտարկման առանցքն այն է, թե ինչո՞ւ Հայաստանում էլ այդպես չէ:

Ու, ըստ Փաշինյանի, ստացվում է, որ ոչ թե տեղական ինքնակառավարման ու հանրապետական իշխանությունները, նրանց՝ կառավարել չկարողանալն են պատճառները, որ մեր մոտ էլ այդպես չէ, այլ... մեղավոր է մեր ժողովուրդը, որը, ըստ Փաշինյանի, փնթի է ու հայրենիքը չսիրող:

Այսինքն, ըստ Փաշինյանի, էլի ժողովուրդն է մեղավոր: Այլ ժողովուրդները Փաշինյանի համար լավն են, հայ ժողովուրդը՝ վատը:

Հ.Գ.-Ի դեպ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին արժե հիշեցնել, որ Արցախի մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտը միանգամայն կոկիկ, մաքուր, խնամված քաղաք էր...
