Ռուսաստանում էլեկտրական սկուտերներ վարող անչափահասների համար տուգանքները եռապատկվել են։ Այս մասին գրում է «Իզվեստիան»։

Նյութի համաձայն՝ երկուշաբթի՝ ապրիլի 28-ից, երկրում քիքշերինգի օպերատորները (էլեկտրական սկուտերների կարճաժամկետ վարձակալություն) երեխաներին և դեռահասներին էլեկտրական սկուտերներ վարելու թույլտվության համար տուգանքները 10 հազարից մինչև 30 հազար ռուբլի են բարձրացրել։ Բացառություն է Մոսկվան, որտեղ նման խախտման համար տուգանքը կազմում է 100 հազար ռուբլի։ Քիք-շեյրինգի ծառայությունները բացատրեցին, որ հենց երեխաներն են ամենից հաճախ վթարի ենթարկվում այս տրանսպորտային միջոցներն օգտագործելիս։

«Տուգանքի չափի բարձրացման նպատակն է առաջին հերթին ծնողներին հասկացնել, որ երեխաների կողմից սկուտեր վարելը խստիվ արգելված է և չպետք է խրախուսվի», - ասաց օպերատորներից մեկի ներկայացուցիչը։

Թերթի տվյալներով՝ 2025-2026 թվականներին էլեկտրական սկուտերների վարձույթի ծառայությունները ցանկանում են ներդնել հաճախորդի ստուգում «Gosuslugi»-ի միջոցով, ինչը կկանխի անչափահասների կողմից kick-sharing հավելվածի օգտագործումը։

Անցյալ շաբաթ հայտնի դարձավ, որ մարտի կեսերին մեկնարկած մրցաշրջանի սկզբից ի վեր MTS Yurent, Whoosh և Yandex Go քիքշեյրինգային ընկերությունները Ռուսաստանում տուգանել են 26,640 անգամ և արգելափակել 190,000 օգտատիրոջ։ Սա չորս անգամ ավելի է, քան նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում։
