Ապրիլի 25-ին ու 26-ին տեղի ունեցավ գործատուների ամենամյա փառատոնը՝ Career City Fest-ը։ CCF 2025-ի մասնակիցն էին նաև Իդրամն ու IDBank-ը՝ միասնական մեծ ու նարնջագույն տաղավարով։

Այցելելով IDBank-ի և Իդրամի տաղավար` փառատոնի մասնակիցները հնարավորություն ստացան ծանոթանալու Բանկի և Իդրամի աշխատակիցներին, մարդկային կապիտալի կառավարման մասնագետներին, ուղղել իրենց հետաքրքրող հարցերը, ծանոթանալ և դիմել ընկերություններում առկա թափուր հաստիքներին։

IDBank-ի մարդկային կապիտալի կառավարման գծով տնօրեն Սոնա Մանուչարյանի խոսքով՝ փառատոնը նաև հիանալի հնարավորություն էր ուսանողների և նորավարտ երիտասարդների համար՝ ծանոթանալու IDBank-ի վաղուց սիրված և հայտնի IDream ծրագրին և հնարավորություն ունենալ մասնակիցը դառնալու մեկնարկող IDream 14-ին։ «IDBank-ում խրախուսում ենք մեր աշխատակիցների նորարարական մոտեցումները, միևնույն ժամանակ՝ համոզված ենք, որ միայն թիմային ջանքերով է հնարավոր հասնել գերազանց արդյունքների։ Եթե ցանկանում եք սկսել ձեր կարիերան բանկային ոլորտում, խորհուրդ եմ տալիս անպայման դիմել IDream 14 ծրագրին, որի հաջող ավարտից հետո կմիանաք մեր մեծ նարնջագույն թիմին», - նշեց Սոնա Մանուչարյանը։

Իդրամի ՄՌԿ ստորաբաժանման ղեկավար Աստղիկ Զիլֆիմյանի խոսքով՝ ընկերության զարգացմանը զուգահեռ՝ Իդրամի թիմը շարունակաբար մեծանում է, և այս պահին էլ ունեն առկա թափուր հաստիքներ։ «Յուրաքանչյուր հզոր կազմակերպության հիմքում կանգնած են մարդիկ։ Մեր առաքելությունն է ոչ միայն պարզապես համալրել թափուր աշխատատեղերը, այլ բացահայտել ներուժը, խթանել զարգացումը և ուղեկցել նրանց՝ դեպի իրենց մասնագիտական բարձունքներ», - նշեց Աստղիկ Զիլֆիմյանը։

Career City Fest-ի նպատակն է ստեղծել հարթակ, որտեղ ընկերությունները ցուցադրում են իրենց արժեքները, թիմը և արտադրանքը, ձևավորում աշխատաշուկայի միտումները և սահմանում գործատուի բրենդի չափանիշներ։
