Հայաստանի իշխանությունը խրախուսում է խաղամոլությունը

Խաղամոլությունը Հայաստանում վերածվել է հիվանդության և ազգային անվտանգության սպառնալիքի։ Պետեկամուտների կոմիտեի համաձայն, միայն 2024 թ․-ին օնլայն խաղատները Հայաստանում ստացել են 17․8 միլիարդ դոլար խաղադրույք, որը հավասար է 7․3 տրիլիոն դրամի, և դրա դիմաց խաղերի մասնակիցներին վճարվել է գրեթե 7 տրիլիոն դրամ շահում։ 2018-2024 թ․-ի ընթացքում խաղերի մասնակիցներին վճարված շահառուների ընդհանուր գումարը կազմել է 65․2 միլիարդ դոլար և այդ գումարից ոչ մի լումա հարկ չի մուտքագրվել պետբյուջե։
Տվյալներն, իհարկե, կասկածելի կարող են թվալ առաջին հայացքից, սակայն խնդիրն այն է, որ խաղադրույքներ հայկական օնլայն խաղատներում կատարում են ոչ միայն Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները, այլ նաև արտերկրից, գումարներ համապատասխանաբար փոխանցում են նրանց հաշիվներին։ Փաստացի, օնլայն խաղատներն ավելի շատ վերածվել են ահռելի փողերի լվացման կենտրոնների։
Թեպետ մասնագետները նշում են, որ Հայաստանում ևս խաղամոլությունն ահռելի չափերի է հասել։ Վերջերս պատգամավորներից մեկն առաջարկում էր բարձրացնել խաղատների համար հարկային պարտավորությունները, համեմատաբար հավասարակշռել, սակայն «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունը «բարով-խերով» չեղարկեց այս օրենքի նախագիծը, այդպես էլ չընդունելով։ Բանն այն է, որ օնլայն խաղատների մեծամասնությունը Հայաստանում վերահսկվում է հենց իշխանությունների կողմից, որոնք գումարներ են լվանում օնլայն խաղատների միջոցով։ Նաև այդ խաղատներն օգնում են իշխանություններին իրենց քաղաքական հարցերը լուծել տարբեր, սովորաբար ոչ օրինական մեթոդներով, և հենց դա է պատճառը, որ փաշինյանական իշխանությունն ամեն գնով պաշտպանում է օնլայն խաղատներին և նրանց սեփականատերերին։
Մինչդեռ այս ոլորտն այնքան խառն է և վտանգավոր, որ չի բացառվում ընդհուպ թշնամի երկրների կողմից իրականացվող գործողությունները, հատուկ ծառայությունները պարտավոր են օր առաջ լուրջ վերահսկել այս ոլորտը թե՛ գումարները և հարկերը պետբյուջե վճարելու մասով, և թե՛ հնարավոր ռիսկերից խուսափելու։ Դե, իսկ քաղաքացիների կյանքին, առողջության ու ունեցվածքին սպառնացող վտանգների մասին չենք էլ խոսում։
