Իրանի կառավարությունը երկուշաբթին ազգային սգո օր է հայտարարել՝ շաբաթ օրը Բանդար Աբբաս քաղաքի Շահիդ Ռաջայի նավահանգստում պայթյունից բռնկված խոշոր հրդեհի պատճառով, հաղորդում է Mehr-ը։
Կիրակի օրը հրապարակված հայտարարության մեջ Իրանի կառավարության խոսնակ Ֆաթիմա Մոհաջերանին երկուշաբթի օրը հայտարարել է ազգային սգո օր Բանդար Աբբասի Շահիդ Ռաջայի նավահանգստում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական պայթյունի և դրան հաջորդած հրդեհի կապակցությամբ։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, Իրանի նախագահ Մասուդ Փեզեշկիանը կիրակի ցերեկը ժամանել է Բանդար Աբբաս՝ Հորմոզգան նահանգի մայրաքաղաք՝ փրկարարական աշխատանքները ստուգելու և երեկվա հզոր պայթյունից հետո վերջին իրադարձություններին ծանոթանալու համար։
Նախագահն այցելել է Բանդար Աբբասի հիվանդանոցներում գտնվող վիրավորներից մի քանիսին։ Հորմոզգան նահանգում հայտարարվել է եռօրյա սուգ։
Իրանի իշխանությունները հայտնել են, որ կիրակի կեսօրին հրդեհը մեկուսացվել է։ Նավահանգիստը սկսել է գործել երեկվանից՝ պայթյունից կարճ ժամանակ անց։ Շահիդ Ռաջայի նավահանգստում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական պայթյունի հետևանքով առնվազն 28 մարդ է զոհվել, իսկ 800-ից ավելին վիրավորվել են։
Շահիդ Ռաջային Իրանի խոշորագույն և ամենաժամանակակից նավահանգիստն է։ Իրանի Կարմիր մահիկի կազմակերպությունը կիրակի կեսօրին հրապարակած, միջադեպի վերաբերյալ իր վերջին վիճակագրության մեջ նշել է, որ զոհվել է 28 մարդ, վիրավորվել՝ 1242-ը։
Կարմիր մահիկի տվյալներով, վիրավորների ընդհանուր թվից 240 մարդ տեղափոխվել է Հորմոզգան նահանգի, իսկ 7 մարդ՝ հարևան Ֆարս նահանգի Շիրազ քաղաքի հիվանդանոցներ։
