Այսօր՝ ապրիլի 26-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 20:30-ի սահմաններում Սարյան փողոցում փտած ծառը կոտրվել ու ընկել է ճանապարհի թույլատրելի հատվածում կայանված, Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 34-ամյա Հրայր Դավթյանին պատկանող «Nissan» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վրա: 

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ բարեբախտաբար տուժածներ չկան: 

Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության Երևանի թիվ 8-րդ հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատի փրկարարները: 
 
Մինչ դեպքի վայր կժամանեին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի «Կանաչապատում և շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանություն» ՀՈԱԿ-ի աշխատակիցները՝ ժողովրդին հայտնի Բեգոյանի հիմնարկը, փրկարաները պարեկների հետ հատուկ էլեկտրական սղոցով մասնատեցին ծառը ու հեռացրին ավտոմեքենայի վրայից, մինչդեռ Բեգոյանի հիմնարկից այդպես էլ ոչ ոք չբարեհաճեց: Նրանց մոտ ավանդույթ է՝ 8-ն անց կես հեքիաթը կանչում է ու վերմակի տակ են մտնում ու նրանց փոխարեն աշխատանքները կատարում են փրկարարներն ու պարեկները: 
 
Այդ արատավոր երևույթը պետք է մտահոգի Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանին ու Երևանի վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին, որ նման արտակարգ դեպքերի ժամանակ անկախ նրանից՝ որ ժամն է, շաբաթ է, թե կիրակի, պարտադիր գան ու օգնության ձեռք մեկնեն քաղաքացուն: Այդ կերպ էին աշխատում այն ժամանակ, երբ Երևանի քաղաքապետն էր Տարոն Մարգարյանը, նույնիսկ եղել են բազմաթիվ դեպքեր, որ գիշերվա ցանկացած ժամի, տարվա ցանկացած եղանակի նման արտակարգ իրավիճակների ժամանակ թե՛ քաղաքապետ Տ. Մարգարյանը, թե՛ թաղապետերը անձամբ էին ժամանում դեպքի վայր, իսկ այս դեպքում ով է փոխհատուցելու քաղաքացու վնասը՝ հայտնի չէ:

Քաղաքացուն պատճառվել է մոտ 300 հազարի վնաս:
