Ադրբեջանի Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը շարունակում է մանիպուլացնել իրավական գործընթացներում ընդունված ընթացակարգային որոշումները։ Հայաստանը միջազգային դատարաններին մշտապես տեղեկացրել է Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ ռազմագերիների և պահվող անձանց իրավունքների խախտումների, այդ թվում՝ դատավարական իրավունքների խախտումների վերաբերյալ։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում էՄիջազգային իրավական հարցերով ՀՀ ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակը:

«Վերջին նման տեղեկատվությունը Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարան էփոխանցվել ս.թ ապրիլի 18-ին՝ պահանջելով նաև Դատարանի կանոնների 78-րդկանոնի համաձայն լրացուցիչ միջոցներ կիրառել՝ ի հավելումն արդեն իսկ կիրառված միջոցների։ Դատարանը պահանջել էր ներկայացնել մանրամասն տեղեկատվություն Հայաստանի պահանջին ի պատասխան, ինչը կատարվել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից։ Արդյունքում դատարանն արձանագրել է, որ «գործի քննության այս փուլում» բացակայում էլրացուցիչ միջոցների կիրառման անհրաժեշտությունը։

Ադրբեջանը նաև լռում է Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանում (ՄԻԵԴ) ընթացող դատավարությունների շրջանակներում կիրառված և այս պահին էլ իր կողմից կատարման ենթակա պարտավորությունների մասին։ Ադրբեջանը չի հիշատակում նաև այն որոշումների մասին, որոնցով ՄԻԵԴ-ը, հիմք ընդունելով նաև Հայաստանի ներկայացրած փաստարկները, մերժում է Ադրբեջանի կողմից պարբերաբար ներկայացվող այն պահանջները, որոնք ուղղված են միջանկյալ միջոցների վերացմանը։

Ընթացող դատավարությունների շրջանակներում Հայաստանը միջազգային դատարաններին շարունակաբար ներկայացնելու է խախտումների վերաբերյալ տեղեկություններ»,- նշվում է հայտարարության մեջ։
