Չինաստանն ինը ամիս անց միայն դեսպան է նշանակել Հայաստանում

Ինը ամիս անց միայն Չինաստանը նոր դեսպան է նշանակել Հայաստանում։ Նախկին դեսպան Ֆան Յունն իր դիվանագիտական առաքելությունն ավարտել էր 2024 թվականի հուլիսի 11-ին։ Հայ չինական հարաբերություններում, թերևս, առաջին անգամ աննախադեպ բան էր տեղի ունեցել, Չինաստանն ինը ամիս շարունակ դեսպան չէր նշանակում, միայն այսօր Չինաստանի դեսպան Լի Սինվեյը ժամանել է Երևան։
Կարելի է տարբեր կերպ մեկնաբանել նման վերաբերմունքը Հայաստանի նկատմամբ, բայց փաստն այն է, որ Ադրբեջանի հետ ռազմավարական գործընկերության պայմանագիր կնքող Չինաստանն ինը ամիս դիվանագիտական պատշաճ ներկայացուցիչ չի ունեցել Հայաստանում, փաստացի քաղաքական և տնտեսական կարևորագույն հարցերն այդպես էլ չեն քննարկվել բարձր մակարդակով, Չինաստանի խոսքը Հայաստան, Հայաստանի խոսքն էլ Չինաստան տանող անձ չի եղել։ Իսկ այդ ընթացքում հենց նախօրեին Չինաստանի նախագահ Ծինպինն ընդունել էր Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիևին, նոր պայմանագրեր և պայմանավորվածությունների հանգել։
Հատկապես Սյունիքի հարցում Չինաստանն առանձնակի շահագրգռվածություններ ունի և տրամաբանական կլիներ, որ ավելի վաղ նոր դեսպան նշանակեր Հայաստանում, բայց դեսպանի նշանակումը ձգձգելով, այս կերպ վերաբերմունք են ցույց տալիս Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններին, թե՛ արևմտյան կուրս ընդունելու որոշման և թե՛ տարածաշրջանում լիակատար ազդեցության կորուստի ու մեկուսացման պատճառով։ Դեռ հայտնի չէ, թե ինչպիսի նոր պայմանավորվածություններ կլինեն նոր դեսպանի պարագայում, բայց հույս կա, որ գոնե հայ-չինական հարաբերությունները որոշակիորեն կպոկվեն տեղից։
