Դպրոցից պարբերաբար բացակայող երեխաների թվի կտրուկ աճը բրիտանացի հետազոտողներին հանգեցրել է մտահոգիչ հայտնագործության. երեխաների մոտ դպրոցական սթրեսը կործանարար ազդեցություն է ունենում նրանց ծնողների հոգեբանության վրա։ Իր տեսակի մեջ առաջին լայնածավալ ուսումնասիրության շրջանակներում Նյուքասլի համալսարանի մի խումբ գիտնականներ ցույց են տվել, որ այսպես կոչված դպրոցական սթրեսից տառապող երեխային աջակցելը կարող է լինել ծնողի կյանքի ամենադժվար մարտահրավերներից մեկը։ Աշխատանքը հրապարակվել է Frontiers in Psychiatry (FP) ամսագրում։
«Դպրոցական տագնապ» տերմինը նկարագրում է ոչ միայն դպրոց գնալու դժկամությունը, այլև այնտեղ գնալու հենց անհրաժեշտությունից առաջացած ուժեղ հուզական տառապանքը։ Հետազոտողների նոր ուսումնասիրության նմուշում ներառված էր ավելի քան 1100 ծնող, այդ թվում՝ նրանք, որոնց երեխաները ներկայումս դպրոցական դժվարություններ էին ապրում, և նրանք, ովքեր անցյալում դա ունեցել էին: Ավելի քան 700 ծնող հայտնել է իրենց առողջության, կարիերայի, ֆինանսական կայունության և ընտանեկան հարաբերությունների համար լուրջ հետևանքների մասին։ Շատերը դա համեմատում են լուրջ հիվանդության հետ։
«Այս իրավիճակում հայտնված ծնողներից մեկը նոր հոգեկան առողջության խանգարում է զարգացրել այն բանից հետո, երբ իրենց երեխան սկսել է դպրոց հաճախելու խնդիրներ ունենալ», - ասել է հետազոտության առաջատար հեղինակ, դոկտոր Սինեադ Մուլալին։
Ծնողների գրեթե 78%-ը նշել է, որ իրենց մտահոգություններն անտեսվել կամ կասկածի տակ են դրվել դպրոցի մասնագետների կողմից։ Ավելին, շատերը մեղադրվեցին «վատ դաստիարակության» մեջ, ինչը միայն սրեց ճգնաժամը և քայքայեց համակարգի նկատմամբ վստահությունը։
«Ընտանիքները իրենց մեկուսացված և դատված են զգում։ Եվ մենք խոսում ենք այն ծնողների մասին, ովքեր պայքարում են իրենց երեխաներին օգնելու հաղթահարել հսկայական ներքին դժվարությունները», - ընդգծեց Մուլալին։
Ծնողների համար ամենահուսալի աջակցությունը նմանատիպ փորձառություն ունեցող այլ ընտանիքներն էին, ինչպես նաև մտերիմ ընկերները։ Հարցված ուսուցիչների կեսից ավելին ցանկություն հայտնեց անցնել լրացուցիչ վերապատրաստում՝ դժվարություններ ունեցող երեխաներին ավելի լավ հասկանալու և օգնելու համար։
Հետազոտողները կոչ են անում վերանայել կրթական համակարգի մոտեցումները՝ այն ավելի արագ արձագանքող դարձնելու երեխաների և նրանց ընտանիքների կարիքներին։ Ի վերջո, հենց տան և դպրոցի միջև անվտանգ և վստահելի հարաբերություններն են երեխային կրթական միջավայր վերադարձնելու բանալին։
