Հասմիկ Տոլմաջյանը Շվեյցարիայի ԶՀԳ գլխավոր տնօրենին է ներկայացրել տարածաշրջանում անվտանգային իրավիճակը

Շվեյցարիայում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեսպան Հասմիկ Տոլմաջյանը հանդիպել է Շվեյցարիայի արտաքին հարաբերությունների դաշնային դեպարտամենտի Զարգացման և համագործակցության գործակալության (ԶՀԳ) գլխավոր տնօրեն Պատրիսիա Դանցիի հետ՝ քննարկելու երկկողմ համագործակցության խորացման և համատեղ նոր ծրագրերի իրականացման հնարավորությունները։
Հանդիպման ընթացքում դեսպանը բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանի և ԶՀԳ-ի միջև ձևավորված երկարամյա սերտ համագործակցությունը՝ նշելով, որ Շվեյցարիայի կողմից Հայաստանում իրականացվող զարգացման և մարդասիրական ծրագրերը կարևոր գործոն են երկկողմ կապերը առավել ընդլայնելու համար։
Դեսպանն ընդգծել է, որ չնայած առկա մարտահրավերներին՝ ՀՀ Կառավարությունը վճռական է երկրում ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների զարգացման հարցում, և կարևորել է Շվեյցարիայի ընթացիկ աջակցությունը Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարական բարեփոխումներին։
Հանդիպման ընթացքում դեսպանը նաև շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից փախստականներին և Հայաստանի սահմանամերձ համայնքներին ցուցաբերվող շարունակական մարդասիրական աջակցության համար՝ ընդգծելով, որ նման նախաձեռնությունները հնարավորություն են տալիս հասցեագրել խոցելի խմբերի կարիքները։ Դեսպանը կարևորել է նաև Շվեյցարիայի կողմից իրականացվող՝ ՀՀ մարզերում տնտեսական դիմակայունության բարձրացմանն ուղղված ծրագրերը։
Հ․ Տոլմաջյանը ներկայացրել է նաև տարածաշրջանում ներկայիս անվտանգային իրավիճակը և Հայաստանի ջանքերը հարատև խաղաղության և համագործակցության հաստատման ուղղությամբ։
Գլխավոր տնօրենը կարևորել է Հայաստանի քայլերը ժողովրդավարության ամրապնդման, իրավական բարեփոխումների, քաղաքացիական հասարակության ուժեղացման և սոցիալական արդարության ապահովման հարցում։ Նշել է, որ ԶՀԳ-ը պատրաստ է շարունակել զարգացման և մարդասիրական աջակցության տրամադրումը Հայաստանին, այդ թվում՝ ԼՂ փախստականներին՝ վերջիններիս երկարաժամկետ կարիքները հասցեագրելու և հասարակություն լիարժեք ինտեգրումը խթանելու նպատակով։
Երկուստեք շեշտվել է տարածաշրջանային կայունության կարևորությունը, և ԶՀԳ տնօրենը հայտնել է գործակալության պատրաստակամությունը իր մանդատի շրջանակներում նպաստելու խաղաղության և համագործակցության ամրապնդմանը։
Կողմերը պայմանավորվել են շարունակել փոխգործակցությունը և հետագայում նախաձեռնել նոր ծրագրեր, որոնք կխթանեն Հայաստանի և Շվեյցարիայի միջև գործընկերային հարաբերությունները փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող ոլորտներում։
