Չի կարելի շերտավորել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ժողովրդին կամ բիզնեսին և բոլորին դիտարկել մեկ պրիզմայի տակ և նույն հարկային հավաքագրման քաղաքականությունը վարել: Փոքր և միջին բիզնեսը հարկային բեռ սպասարկող չէ, փոքր և միջին բիզնեսը. 55 հազար տնտեսվարողներ յուրաքանչյուրը, եթե մենք միջին հաշվարկով 5 աշխատատեղի սպասարկող ունենք, ապա նրանք ավելի շատ սոցիալական հարց են լուծում, քան տնտեսական խնդիր: Եվ տնտեսական քաղաքականությունը տարանջատել սոցիալական քաղաքականությունից, դա անկարելի է: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց «Հայաստանը ես եմ» նախաձեռնության ղեկավար Նաիրի Սարգսյանը, ով այցելել էր Կառավարության դիմաց ակցիա իրականացնող քաղաքացիներին:
«Այս ամենը տանում է փոքր և միջին բիզնեսի փակման և սնանկացման: Ինչ է տեղի ունենում դրանով: Փոքր և միջին բիզնեսի սնանկացումով զարկ է տրվում խոշոր կազմակերպությունների մոնոպոլացմանը, որը հանգեցնում է գների թանկացման, որը հանգեցնում է աշխատատեղերի փակման, որովհետև խոշորների մոտ շատ ավելի հեշտ է ստացվելու, օրինակ ռոբոտատեխնիկայի միջոցով աշխատողներին փոխարինումը, հետևաբար շատ աշխատակիցների կարիք նրանք չեն ունենալու, հանգեցնելու է արտագաղթի և նպաստելու է աղքատության մեծացմանը: Սա նույն բանն է, ոնց որ քաղաքական դաշտում դիկտատուրայի ստեղծումը»,- նշեց Սարգսյանը:
Նաիրի Սարգսյանի խոսքով, քանի որ մենք աստիճանաբար տեսնում ենք քաղաքական դաշտի մոնոպոլացում և դիկտատուրայի ստեղծում, զուգահեռ պետք է նաև տնտեսական համակարգում գնա այդպիսի կառուցակարգ, քանի որ միայն քաղաքական դաշտում լուծման չեն կարող գալ, տնտեսական հատվածը կարող է հավաքվել և իր ճնշումն ու պայմանները թելադրել, զուգահեռ պետք է ջարդել այս ներուժը, որպեսզի կարողանան քաղաքական դաշտում հասնեն ցանկալի արդյունքների:
