Մխիթար Գոշը Երեւանի հետ կապված հուշեր չուներ

Երեւան քաղաքի ավագանու՝ փետրվարի 9-ին կայանալիք նիստի օրակարգում ներառված է Զաքիյան 2 հասցեում օրենսդիր, առակագիր Մխիթար Գոշի հիշատակը հավերժացնող հուշատախտակ տեղադրելու մասին որոշման նախագիծը: Այդ մասին միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահ Արա Զոհրաբյանի կողմից։
Ինչ վերաբերում է հուշատախտակ դնելուն, ապա ուշարությունը դեպի «Դատաստանագրքի» հեղինակը, գովելի է: Բայց այստեղ մեկ խնդիր կա: Հուշատախտակ բառի բացատրությունը ինտերնետային բառարաններում, հայերեն եւ ռուսերեն «Վիքիպեդիայի» էջերում եւ ընդհանրապես նրա նշանակությունը հետեւյալն է. հուշատախտակը տեղադրում են այն վայրում, որի հետ որեւէ կապ է ունեցել տվյալ հայտնի անձնավորությունը, օրինակ՝ եթե տվյալ հայտնի անձը ապրել կամ աշխատել է այդ տանը, շենքում, եթե այդ վայրում կամ շենքում որեւէ նշանակալից դեպք է տեղի ունեցել:
Հիմա փորձենք հասկանալ, թե Զաքիյան փողոցի թիվ 2 շենքն ինչ կապ ունի Մխիթար Գոշի եւ նրա գործունեության հետ: Կզարմանաք, բայց՝ ոչ մի: Մխիթար Գոշը ծնվել է 1130թ. Գանձակ քաղաքում: Սովորել է ծննդավայրում: Աշակերտել է Հովհաննես Տավուշեցուն եւ ստացել վարդապետի կոչում։ Այնուհետեւ մեկնել է Կիլիկյան Հայաստան, ուսանել է Սեւ լեռան երեւելի գիտնականների մոտ։ Վերադառնալով Հայաստան՝ հիմնել է մի շարք դպրոցներ, բայց ոչ Երեւանի Զաքիյան փողոցում:
Միակ բանը, որ կապում է միջնադարի հայ մեծ իրավաբանին ու իրավագետին Զաքիյան փողոցի հետ, այն է, որ նույն փողոցի վրա է գտնվում նաեւ ՀՀ Փաստաբանների պալատը: Եվ միակ բանը, որ կապում է փաստաբաններին ու Գոշին, իրավունքն է: Միայն այս հանգամանքը հաշվի առնելով կարելի է հասկանալ, թե ինչու ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահ Արա Զոհրաբյանը հայ իրավագիտության մտքի հիմնադիրներից մեկին նվիրված հուշատախտակը ուզում է տեսնել իրենց աշխատավայրից ոչ շատ հեռու: Բայց այս դեպքում Երեւանի ավագանին սա պետք է հաշվի առնի, հուշատախտակը որեւէ հուշի մասին չի լինելու եւ լինելու է սովորական մի ցուցանակ: Միգուցե պարզապես արձան կամ կիսանդրի տեղադրվի: Արա Զոհրաբյանի ներկայացրած գաղափարը սկզբունքորեն լավն է, ձևաչափն է սխալ: Նյութին կից ներկայացված են լուանկարներ, որոնք փաստում են, թե որն է հուշատախտակի նշանակությունը:
Հ.Գ. Ընդհանրապես, մեզ մոտ խեղաթյուրվել է հուշարձանի գաղափարը: Մայրաքաղաքի հուշարձան շենքերը քանդում են՝ խոստանալով այն վերակառուցել մեկ այլ տեղում՝ մոռանալով, որ հուշարձանը հուշարձան է, երբ իր տեղում է: Տեղափոխելուց հետո այն դադարում է հուշարձան լինել:
