Захарова о встрече Титова с представителем блока «Мать Армения»: Никакого внутриполитического подтекста

Официальный представитель МИД России Мария Захарова в ходе еженедельного брифинга прокомментировала недавнюю встречу генконсула РФ в Гюмри Игоря Титова с представителем оппозиционного блока «Мать Армения» Кареном Симоняном, состоявшуюся несколько дней назад.
Захарова отметила, что Россия работает со всеми политическими странами в тех или иных странах, и это делается для продвижения двусторонних связей: «Встреча, о которой вы говорите, - это часть повседневной работы наших заграничных дипучреждений. Российские дипломаты общаются с представителями всего спектра политических сил той или иной страны. Делается это для продвижения двусторонних связей на различных направлениях. Никакого внутриполитического подтекста у этой встречи не было».
По ее словам, генконсул Игорь Титов в преддверии празднования великой Победы приглашал руководство всех политических сил Совета старейшин Гюмри принять участие в торжественном приеме в генконсульстве. На встрече обсуждались вопросы развития культурных контактов с российскими партнерами.
