Հայաստանին այլևս հաշվի չեն առնում

Մինչ Հայաստանի խորհրդարանում քաշքշում են իրար կամ էլ զբաղվում ներքաղաքական մանր խնդիրների լուծմամբ, աշխարհում տարատեսակ իրադարձություններ են կատարվում, որոնք անմիջականորեն առնչվում են Հայաստանին, և հատկապես չարաբաստիկ, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքին»։
Այսօր առավոտյան Պեկինում կայացել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հանդիպումը Չինաստանի նախագահ Սի Ծինպինի հետ, նախ առանձնազրույցի, ապա ընդլայնված հանդիպման ձևաչափով։ Թե ինչ են քննարկել 2 երկրների ղեկավարները, առայժմ չի հաղորդվում, բայց թե՛ ադրբեջանցի և թե՛ չինացի փորձագետների կանխատեսումներով և եզրակացություններով քննարկվել է «Միջին միջանցքի» հարցը, որը հենց առնչվում է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքին»։
Չինաստանը ռազմավարական գործընկերության պայմանագիր ունի Ադրբեջանի հետ, և որքան էլ հայկական իշխանությունները փորձում են ներկայացնել, թե լուրջ կապեր են հաստատել աշխարհի ամենահզոր երկրներից մեկի հետ, Ալիևին հաջողվել է ավելի լայն համագործակցություն ձևավորել։ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի համար կարևոր է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» զավթման հարցում ստանալ նաև Չինաստանի աջակցությունը, քանի որ «Միջին միջանցքով» հիմնականում չինական ապրանքներ են առաքվելու դեպի Եվրոպա, իսկ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքն» էլ օդուջրի պես անհրաժեշտ է Ադրբեջանին ու Թուրքիային։ Մյուս կողմից էլ, եթե թուրք ադրբեջանական տանդեմին հաջողվի զավթել «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը», ապա ոչ միայն Կենտրոնական Ասիայում, այլ նաև Չինաստանի թյուրքալեզու շրջաններում Թուրքիայի ազդեցությունն ահռելի կերպով կաճի, ինչը վնասակար է հենց Չինաստանի համար։
Զարմանալի չէ, որ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» մասին երեկ խոսել են նաև Բաքվում՝ Թուրքիայի դեսպան Բիրոլ Աքգյունը, որը հայտարարել է. «Եթե մշտական խաղաղության համաձայնագիր կնքվի և Զանգեզուրի անցումը բացվի, Չինաստանից դեպի Լոնդոն Միջին միջանցքը զգալիորեն կընդլայնվի՝ մեծացնելով թյուրքական աշխարհի դերը։ Մենք աջակցում ենք դրան», - հայտարարել է դեսպանը։
Այսօր նաև Չինաստան է մեկնել Իրանի ԱԳ նախարար Աբաս Արաղչին, իսկ Իրանի նախագահ Մասուդ Փեզեշքիանը Պեկինում լինելու է արդեն ապրիլի 28-ին։ Իրանն անմիջականորեն դեմ է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքին» և այժմ փորձում են շոշափել Չինաստանի կարծիքը։ Թե որ երկրին կհաջողվի՞ աջակցություն ստանալ Պեկինից, դեռ վաղ է խոսել։ Փաստն այն է, որ Հայաստանին իրեն իսկ վերաբերող հարցերում այլևս վաղուց ոչ ոք ոչինչ չի հարցնում։
