Ինչո՞ւ էին գազազել ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորները

Խորհրդարանում երեկ տեղի ունեցած միջադեպը բացահայտեց Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների որակը, ավելի ճիշտ՝ դրա իսպառ բացակայությունը։ Հիշեցնենք, Ազգային ժողովը երեկ պետք է քննարկեր հայտարարագրման համակարգի վերաբերյալ օրինագիծը։ Բայց օրինագծի քննարկումն արագ վերածվեց ընդդիմության և իշխանության միջև բանավեճի՝ կապված Ցեղասպանության ժխտման` հայաստանյան իշխանությունների քաղաքականության հետ։ Մասնավորապես, «Քաղպայմանագիրը» կատաղեց, երբ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արծվիկ Մինասյանը հայտարարեց, թե Ցեղասպանության ժխտման համար պատիժները խստացնող օրինագիծ են ներկայացրել։
Ցեղասպանության ժխտումն այսօր էլ Հայաստանում քրեորեն պատժելի արարք է, սակայն դրա համար նախատեսված տուգանքները բավական փոքր են։ Իսկ Մինասյանի հայտարարությունից հետո կրքերը թեժացան, բանը հասավ քաշքշուկի, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մտերիմ ընկերը վրա հասավ Գեղամ Մանուկյանին, պատգամավորները խառնվեցին իրար, կարողացան իրավիճակը հանդարտեցնել, բայց տևական ժամանակ «Քաղպայմանագրի» պատգամավորներն իրենց խուլիգանի պես էին պահում, հայհոյանքներ հնչեցնում, վիրավորում ընդդիմադիր գործընկերներին։
Մեր տեղեկություններով ՔՊ-ին հանձնարարված է եղել իսկապես կռիվ սադրել, ծեծել որևէ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորի, բայց «Հայաստան» դաշինքի պատգամավորները չափազանց համախմբված էին և թույլ չտվեցին առանձին-առանձին որևէ մեկի նկատմամբ հաշվեհարդար տեսնել։ Արդեն միջադեպից հետո իշխող ուժի ներկայացուցիչները փորձում էին համոզել, թե դեպքը բոլորովին էլ Ցեղասպանության ժխտման օրինագծի հետ կապված չէ, ապա և ընդդիմադիրներին էին մեղադրում Ցեղասպանությունը ժխտելու մեջ։
Լկտիությունը հասել էր այնտեղ, որ տասնամյակներ շարունակ Ցեղասպանության ճանաչման համար պայքարած կուսակցություններին մեղադրում էին Ցեղասպանությունն ուրանալու մեջ։
Այսօր արդեն ապրիլի 23-ն է, և տեղի է ունենալու ջահերով երթը, իսկ վաղը հազարավոր մարդիկ բարձրանալու են Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիր։ «Քաղպայմանագիրը» մտահոգված է, կարծում է, թե ջահերով երթը կարող է այնքան ազդեցիկ և մեծ լինել, որ ներքաղաքական խմորումներ առաջացնելու ազդակ դառնա։ Բացի այդ, ընդդիմությունը կարող է «ձիով քայլ» կատարել և թույլ չտալ Փաշինյանին ու Հայաստանի իշխանության այլ ներկայացուցիչների այցելել հուշահամալիր և հարգել Ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակը, իսկ դա արդեն ծանրագույն հարված կլինի առանց այն էլ օրեցօր նվազող վարկանիշ ունեցող քաղաքական ուժի համար։
