Ներկայացնում ենք թերթի ծավալուն առաջնորդողը հատվածաբար. 

«Հայաստանի Երրորդ Հանրապետության պատմության մեջ, այսինքն, այսինքն Հայաստանի անկախացումից հետո, ռուսաստանին հանրայնորեն դիմադրելու որևէ դրսևորում մեզանում չի եղել։ Կամ ճիշտ կլինի ասե,՝ մասշտաբային դիմադրելու դեպք չի եղել։ Ու կարծես թե բոլորը համակերպվել էին այն մտքի հետ, թե հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի ֆորպոստն է, լուռ և հլու կամակատար: Բաղրամյան պողոտայի դեպքերը, սակայն, ցույց տվեցին, որ կանխավարկածը, թե Ռուսաստանի հետ խոսելը անիմաստ է, որ Ռուսաստանը չի լսի ու նրան բան բացատրելն անիմաստ է, կատարելապես զուրկ է հիմքից:

 Բաղրամյան պողոտայի ցույցերի առաջին օրերին ռուսական լրատվամիջոցները ազդարարում էին Երևանում սկսված էլեկտրամայդանի մասին, և այսպիսով նկատի էր առնվում, թե բոլոր հնարավոր և անհնար, թույլատրելի և անթույլատրելի մեթոդներով պետք է ճզմել այդ շարժումը: Բայց այն, որ Բաղրամյան պողոտայի հավաքականությունը, մեծ հաշվով, չկորցրեց ինքնատիրապետումը և հանգիստ, փաստարկված, հետևողականորեն ռուս լրագրողներին պարզաբանեց, բացատրեց, թե որը որից հետո է, ահա այս մոտեցումը 180 աստիճանով փոխեց ռուսական լրատվության մեջ տիրող տրամադրությունը, և ռուսները հասկացան, որ հարկավոր է որոշ զիջումների գնալ: Պերմյակովի գործը Հայաստանին հանձնելը, ՀԷՑ-ի աուդիտին համաձայնվելը գուցե թե կարելի է համարել ոչ մեծ տեղաշարժ: Բայց հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններում սա կարող է լինել շրջադարձային իրադարձություն, որովհետև դա շարժում էր մեռյալ և անհույս կետից: Դժվար է միանշանակ ասել, թե ով է ավելի շատ մեղավոր, որ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններում այդպիսի անշարժ վիճակ էր ստեղծվել Հայաստանի անողնաշարությո՞ւնը, թե՞ Ռուսաստանի մեծապետականությունը: Բայց Հայաստանի իշխանությունները Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ գրեթե միշտ խնդրարկուի կարգավիճակ են ունեցել, որովհետև Մոսկվան նրանց ավելի հաճախ պետք է եղել սեփական հանրությունից պաշտպանվելու համար: Հայ հանրությունը Ռուսաստանի հետ գրեթե միշտ հարաբերվել է միջնորդավորված՝ ոչ լեգիտիմ իշխանության կամ ծախված ընդդիմության միջոցով:

 Ու երբ հայ հասարակությունը Բաղրամյան պողոտայում հստակ և փաստարկված խսք ասաց, Ռուսաստանը ստիպված էր զիջումների գնալ, առնվազն՝ ինֆորմացիոն պատերազմի և Պերմյակովի հարցով։ Այս ամենը նշանակում է մի բան. նոր որակի հայ–ռուսական միջպետական հարաբերությունները հնարավոր են»,–գրում է թերթը։
