Նեյրոնային ցանցերը սոցցանցերի, բիզնեսի և մարքետինգի համար օնլայն կուրսի հիմնադիր Լիլիթ Այվազյանը Լինդինում գրել է․ 

«ChatGPT-ի բաժանորդագրությունը թանկանում է Հայաստանում։ 2025 թվականի մայիսի 1-ից սկսած՝ OpenAI ընկերությունը կիրառելու է 20% ԱԱՀ՝ Հայաստանի օգտատերերի համար, եթե օգտատերը չի տրամադրում իր ՀՎՀՀ-ն որպես ԱԱՀ վճարող։ Այս որոշումն ընդունվել է` համաձայն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հարկային օրենսգրքի պահանջների։ Եթե դուք գրանցված չեք որպես ԱԱՀ վճարող, ապա բաժանորդագրության գինը $20-ի փոխարեն կդառնա $24՝ ներառյալ 20% ԱԱՀ (բնականաբար սա նաև մյուս փաթեթներին է վերաբերում )))։ Սա վերաբերում է բոլորին՝ ֆիզիկական անձանց, ուսանողներին, ֆրիլանսերներին կամ նրանց, ովքեր պարզապես օգտվում են ChatGPT-ի ՎՃԱՐՈՎԻ տարբերակից` թեկուզ անձնական նպատակներով։ OpenAI-ը պարտավորվում է այդ հարկը վճարել Հայաստանի հարկային մարմիններին, և այսուհետ այն կգանձվի ձեր վճարից։ Եթե ունեք ՀՎՀՀ, բայց չեք հանդիսանում ԱԱՀ վճարող, ապա, իհարկե, կարող եք մուտքագրել ձեր ՀՎՀՀ-ն OpenAI-ի կայքում, բայց դա ոչինչ չի փոխի։

Եթե դուք ԱԱՀ-ով չեք աշխատում,ապա համակարգում չեն երևա ձեր տվյալները` որպես ԱԱՀ վճարող, և այդ դեպքում OpenAI-ը պարտավոր է գանձել 20% ԱԱՀ։

Եթե դուք ԱԱՀ վճարող եք, ապա (ՄԻՆՉև ԱՊՐԻԼԻ 30_Ը ՆԵՐԱՌՅԱԼ) անում եք հետևյալը`

3. Բացված դաշտերում լրացրեք՝ Tax status — ընտրեք Individual կամ Business` կախված ձեր կարգավիճակից։ Tax ID Number — մուտքագրեք ձեր ՀՎՀՀ-ն։ Country — ընտրեք Armenia։

4. Սեղմեք Save կոճակը։ Դե, ինչ ասեմ , Pro փաթեթի օգտատերերի աչքն էլ էնտեղ լույս լինի։ Միանգամից +40$  (եթե իհարկե այդպիսիք կան ՀՀ_ում)»։
