Մինչ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է Հայաստանից պահանջել փոփոխություններ կատարել Սահմանադրության մեջ և լուծարել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը, Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները իսկապես գործուն քայլեր են ձեռնարկում ադրբեջանական պահանջները կատարելու ուղղությամբ։

Հիշեցնենք, դեռ օրեր առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, որ դեմ չէ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի լուծարմանը, պայմանով, որ այդ մասին փաստաթուղթը համաժամանակյա ստորագրվի խաղաղության պայմանագրի հետ։ Մինսկի խմբի լուծարման օգտին խորհրդարանում արտահայտվել էր նաև արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը, ընդ որում, ուշագրավն այն է, որ ո՛չ Հայաստանը, ո՛չ էլ Ադրբեջանը չունեն բավարար ռեսուրսներ և իրավական կարգավորումներ Մինսկի խումբը լուծարելու համար։ Այդ խումբը ստեղծվել է ԵԱՀԿ անդամ պետ բոլոր պետությունների կողմից և հենց բոլորի կոնսենսուսային որոշմամբ էլ կարող է լուծարվել։

Երեկ Հայաստան է ժամանել ԵԱՀԿ գործող քարտուղար Ֆերիդուն Սինիրլիօղլուն՝ ազգությամբ թուրք, Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանի նախկին պատգամավոր, հանդիպել Արարատ Միրզոյանի և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ։ Ուշագրավ է, որ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ հաղորդագրությունը բավական ծավալուն է և անդրադարձ կա Մինսկի խմբին։ Մասնավորապես նշվում է, որ «Արարատ Միրզոյանն անդրադարձ է կատարել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի առնչությամբ Հայաստանի կողմից հնչեցված մոտեցմանը, ինչպես նաև ներկայացրել խաղաղության գործընթացի մյուս բաղադրիչների առնչությամբ հայկական կողմից առաջ քաշված կառուցողական առաջարկները»։

Այժմ իրավիճակն ավելի քան բարենպաստ է Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի, ինչպես նաև նրանց խամաճիկը դարձած հայաստանյան իշխանությունների համար։ Եվ, օգտվելով առիթից, ցանկանում են առնվազն դնել Մինսկի խմբի լուծարման հիմքերը։ Ադրբեջանի համար առանցքային է Մինսկի խմբի լուծարումը, քանի որ այդ կերպ փորձելու է արձանագրել, որ ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունն այլևս գոյություն չունի, իսկ Մինսկի խմբի հետագա գործունեությունն անընդհատ հիշեցնելու է, որ Ղարաբաղյան հարցը դեռևս փակված չէ, և բնականաբար, սա է ադրբեջանական կողմի կոշտ մոտեցման պատճառը, որ նույնիսկ խաղաղության պայմանագրի բոլոր 17 կետերը համաձայնեցնելուց հետո դեռևս շարունակում են պահանջներ ներկայացնել։
