«Եվրասիա» գործնականում․ նախաձեռնություններ, որոնք փոխում են աշխարհը

Բիշքեքը դարձել է կարևոր միջազգային իրադարձության հարթակ՝ ԱՊՀ երկրների ռուսաստանցի հայրենակիցների տարածաշրջանային համաժողովի շրջանակներում։ «Ապագան կերտում ենք միասին․ երիտասարդական նախաձեռնություններ ԱՊՀ-ում» միջոցառումը միավորել է երիտասարդներին Աբխազիայից, Հայաստանից, Բելառուսից, Վրաստանից, Ղազախստանից, Ղրղզստանից, Մոլդովայից, Տաջիկստանից, Ուզբեկստանից և Հարավային Օսիայից՝ ամրապնդելու համար ավանդական արժեքները և մշակութային կապերը։
Հայկական պատվիրակությունը, որը ներկայացնում էր «Եվրասիա» Հայաստանի անդամ Գագիկ Հովսեփյանը, նշանակալի ներդրում ունեցավ քննարկումներում՝ ընդգծելով ռուսաց լեզվի պահպանման և տարածման կարևորությունը՝ որպես միավորող գործոն։ Համաժողովում ներկայացվեցին նաև դրամաշնորհային ծրագրերի հեռանկարները, որոնք նպաստում են կարևոր սոցիալ-մշակութային նախագծերի իրականացմանը։
Մասնակիցներն առանձնահատուկ ուշադրություն դարձրեցին երիտասարդության դերին՝ ձևավորելու եվրասիական տարածքի ապագան։ Ռուսսոտնհամագործակցության ղեկավար Եվգենի Պրիմակովը իր տեսաողջույնի խոսքում նշեց. «Դուք բոլորդ ռուսական մշակույթի, լեզվի և արժեքների դեսպաններ եք։ Երիտասարդները ոչ միայն պահպանում են կապը պատմական հայրենիքի հետ, այլև ակտիվորեն ստեղծում են համագործակցության նոր ձևեր, որոնք համապատասխանում են ժամանակակից աշխարհի մարտահրավերներին»։
Կարևոր համագործակցության օրինակ է նաև «Եվրասիա» կազմակերպության գործունեությունը, որը Ղրղզստանում իրականացնում է խոշոր սոցիալական ծրագիր։ Բիշքեքում նախատեսվում է կառուցել «Եվրասիա» ընտանեկան մանկական զվարճանքների պուրակը, որը կդառնա մատչելի և հետաքրքիր վայր երեխաների համար։ Նախագիծը աջակցվում է բարերարների կողմից, ովքեր հայրենասիրաբար ձգտում են բարելավել Եվրասիայի ժողովուրդների կյանքը։
Նման նախաձեռնությունների աջակցությունը կարևոր դեր է խաղում տարածաշրջանի երկրների միության ամրապնդման գործում։ Գագիկ Հովսեփյանը նշեց, որ հաջորդ քայլը պետք է լինի համաժողովի անցկացումը Հայաստանում, որպեսզի ավելի սերտ կապեր ստեղծվեն և շարունակվի այն ծրագրերի իրականացումը, որոնք նպաստում են մշակութային և սոցիալական զարգացմանը։
«Եվրասիա»-ն շարունակելու է նախաձեռնել նախագծեր, որոնք միավորում են եվրասիական տարածքի երկրները հիմնական ավանդական արժեքների շուրջ՝ ընտանիք, մանկության պաշտպանություն, մեծերին հարգանք և պատմական ճշմարտության պահպանում։ Նվիրված մարդկանց ջանքերի շնորհիվ մենք կառուցում ենք ապագա, որը հիմնված է բարեկամության, փոխըմբռնման և բարգավաճման ձգտման վրա։
