«Ոչ մանդատին». «Ոչ թալանին» նախաձեռնությունն ական է դնում պայքարի մեջ

«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. «Երեկ «Ո՛չ թալանին» նախաձեռնության անդամ Վաղինակ Շուշանյանը կոչ է արել բոլոր պատգամավորներին, «ովքեր իրենց համարում են ժողովրդի կողմից ընտրված», վայր դնել մանդատները: «Քանի որ ստեղծվել է մի իրավիճակ, որտեղ դուք, միեւնույն է, ոչինչ չեք կարողանում փոխել, ազդել որոշումների վրա, ժամանակ առ ժամանակ անում եք քայլեր՝ դիվիդենտներ շահելու համար, որոնք ի նպաստ հանրությանը չեն ծառայում, կոչ եմ անում՝ հրապարակայնորեն վայր դրեք ձեր մանդատները՝ թողնելով դաշտը նրանց, ովքեր ապօրինի, հակասոցիալական, հակամարդկային որոշումներ են կայացնում:
Դրանով դուք կստեղծեք քաղաքական ճգնաժամ` առաջին հերթին՝ չլեգիտիմացնելով այդ որոշումներն ու որոշողներին…»,- իր կոչը հիմնավորել է Վաղինակ Շուշանյանը:
Հասկանալի է, կոչն ուղղված է ոչ իշխանական կամ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներին, ՀՀԿ-ականներին այդ կոչը չի վերաբերում: Ընդհանրապես, պատգամավորական մանդատները վայր դնելու առաջարկը վերջին տարիներին պարբերաբար տարբեր առիթներով հնչել է մեր քաղաքական կյանքում եւ միշտ արժանացել է ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների մեծամասնության կամ մերժողական, կամ արհամարհական պատասխանին:
Մեծ հավանականությամբ, նույնը կլինի նաեւ այս կոչի դեպքում:
Պատգամավորական մանդատները վայր դնելը գրեթե ինքնին կնշանակի՝ քաղաքականությունը տեղափոխել փողոց:
Սա ինչ-որ իմաստով հակասում է հենց «Ո՛չ թալանին» նախաձեռնության հռչակած ուղենիշերին, որոնցից առաջնայինը պայքարը չքաղաքականացնելն էր: Եթե երիտասարդներն անցած երկու շաբաթներից հետո հանգել են նրան, որ այդուհանդերձ, առանց քաղաքականացման՝ քաղաքացիական պայքարը չի կարող ավելի մեծ հաջողություններ ունենալ, ապա մանդատները վայր դնելու կոչը կարող է ծառայել այդ նպատակին:
Մյուս կողմից՝ այն իր մեջ որոշակի «ական» է պարունակում այն իմաստով, որ մանդատները վայր դնելուց հրաժարվողները կարող են հռչակվել՝ որպես «դավաճաններ» կամ «ռեժիմի սպասավորներ», ինչը, բնականաբար, չի կարող նպաստել քաղաքացիական-քաղաքական հակադրության վերացմանը, ու կստացվի, որ թալանի ու թալանչիների դեմ պայքարելու փոխարեն՝ քաղաքացիական ակտիվիստները պայքարում են իշխանությանը գոնե առանձին վերցրած հարցերում ընդդիմացող պատգամավորների դեմ:
Այդ դեպքում Բաղրամյան պողոտան գուցե կրկին փակվի, բարիկադներն էլ գուցե հասնեն մինչեւ Ազգային ժողով: Բայց ոչ ավելին»:
