Երևանի կենտրոնում՝ Գարեգին Նժդեհի արձանի հարակից տարածքում, այսօր տեղի ունեցավ լուսանկարների ցուցահանդես՝ նվիրված Հայոց ցեղասպանության 110-րդ տարելիցին և Արցախից 2023 թվականի բռնագաղթին։
«Հայոց ցեղասպանության 110–րդ տարելիցի առիթով «Հիշում ենք և պահանջում» խորագրով ցուցահանդես ենք կազմակերպել։ Հիշում ենք 110 տարի առաջ տեղի ունեցած ցեղասպանությունը, ինչպես նաև դրա կրկնությունը՝ Արցախի մեր հայրենակիցների բռնի տեղահանումը։ Չի կարելի հիշել ցեղասպանությունը՝ առանց հիշելու երկու տարի առաջ տեղի ունեցածը։ Ցուցահանդեսի ուղերձն այն է, որ ոչ ոք չի կարող հայ ժողովրդի փոխարեն հրաժարվել իր ակունքներից։ Հայ ժողովուրդը հիշում և պահանջում է, և խաղաղություն՝ առանց անցյալը հիշելու, ճիշտ գնահատական տալու, չի կարող լինել»,–NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ցուցահանդեսի կազմակերպիչներից մեկը՝ ՀՅԴ «Ռուբեն» կոմիտեության անդամ Կարին Հովսեփյանը։
Նրա խոսքով, անհնար է արժանապատիվ խաղաղություն ունենալ՝ առանց հիշելու 1915 թվականին տեղի ունեցած ցեղասպանությունն ու 2023 թվականին արցախցիների բռնի տեղահանումը։
«Քաղաքացիները մոտենում են, հուզված կարդում են լուսանկարներին կից գրությունները։ Շատ քաղաքացիներ գնդասեղով քարտեզի վրա նշել են իրենց նախնիների բնակավայրերը։ Օտարերկրացիներ էլ են գալիս, ոմանք տեղյակ են, իրենց ընկերներին էլ են բացատրում, ոմանք կարծես առաջին անգամ են տեղեկանում և լուսանկարները տեսնում։ Ամենահաճելին այն պահերն են, երբ ծնողներն իրենց երեխաներին ցույց են տալիս նկարներն ու պատմում»,–ասաց Կարին Հովսեփյանը՝ նշելով, որ ցանկանում էին սոցիալական հարթակներից դուրս էլ քաղաքացիներին հիշեցնել հայոց պատմության այդ էջերի մասին։
