«Հայկական ավիաուղիների» Airbus A321 տիպի երկու օդանավերը, որոնք մինչեւ վերջերս Հայաստանում գրանցված էին իբրեւ EK-AAB եւ EK-AAD, տեղափոխվել են Թուրքիա ու գրանցվել այդ երկրի Southwind Airlines ավիաընկերության շարժակազմում, գրում է Hetq.am-ը:
Այս ընկերության ավիապարկում, ըստ planespotter.net-ի, օդանավը ստացել է TC-GRF գրանցումը: Ընդ որում՝ 2022-ի տարեվերջին Հայաստան տեղափոխվելուց առաջ, planespotters.net-ի տվյալներով, նախատեսվում էր, որ այս ինքնաթիռը պետք է համալրի հենց Southwind Airlines-ի շարքերը, սակայն դրա փոխարեն այն հանձնվեց «Հայկական ավիաուղիներին»: Բայց ինչպես տեսնում ենք, մեր երկիր տեղափոխվելուց շուրջ 2,5 տարի անց, այդուհանդերձ, այն դարձավ թուրքական օպերատորի բորտ:
Այն, որ վերոնշյալ երկու օդանավերը վերջին տարիներին անցել են Northwind Airlines-«Հայկական ավիաուղիներ»- Southwind Airlines «եռանկյունով», ամենեւին տարօրինակ չէ, քանի որ սրանք փոխկապակցված ավիաընկերություններ են:
Դեռ 2022-ին, անդրադառնալով «Հայկական ավիաուղիներ» ՍՊԸ-ին, գրել էինք, որ դրա հիմնադիր Արարատ Սարգսյանի մեկ այլ հայկական ընկերություն՝ «Ալյանս Ավիաընկերություն» ՍՊԸ-ն, ըստ համացանցի բաց աղբյուրների, ռուսական Северный ветер (թարգմանաբար՝ հյուսիսային քամի) ավիափոխադրողի ներկայացուցիչն է Հայաստանում, իսկ ռուսական այս օպերատորն առավել հայտնի է որպես Nordwind Airlines։ Վերջինիս 100 %-ի սեփականատերը գործարար Կարինե Վիտալեւնա Բուկրեյն է: Նա նախկինում նաեւ ռուսական «Պեգաս Տուրիստիկ» ՍՊԸ-ի գլխավոր տնօրենն էր, իսկ այս տուրիստական գործակալության սեփականատերը թուրք գործարար Ռամազան Աքպինարն է։ Ըստ «Կոմերսանտի»՝ վերջինս Կ. Բուկրեյի ամուսինն է։
«Պեգաս Տուրիստիկը» բավականին հայտնի ու խոշոր ընկերություն է տուրիզմի ոլորտում։ Հենց սա է համարվում ոչ միայն Nordwind Airlines-ի, այլեւ մեկ այլ ռուսական փոխադրողի՝ Икар-ի (2015-2022 թթ․ ներկայանում էր Pegas Fly ապրանքանիշով) գլխադասային ընկերությունը։ Ընդ որում՝ փաստաթղթերով «Իկարի» միանձնյա սեփականատերը նույնպես Կարինե Բուկրեյն է։ Այդուհանդերձ, վերոնշյալ ռուսական ընկերությունների իրական սեփականատեր է համարվում Ռամազան Աքպինարը։
«Պեգաս Տուրիստիկին», հետեւաբար, նաեւ Nordwind Airlines-ին ու Ikar-ին փոխկապակցված է թուրքական Southwind Airlines-ը (թարգմանաբար՝ հարավային քամի), որի անունն ու լոգոն մտածված են ռուսական Nordwind Airlines-ի նմանությամբ։
Նկատենք, որ Southwind Airlines-ն իր գործունեությունն սկսել է 2022-ի գարնանը, այն բանից հետո, երբ Ռուսաստանը հարձակվեց Ուկրաինայի վրա, եւ ռուսական փոխադրողները, այդ թվում՝ Nordwind Airlines-ն ու Ikar-ը, ընկան արեւմտյան պատժամիջոցների տակ: Թուրքական նորաստեղծ ավիաընկերության նպատակն էր այնպես անել, որ պատժամիջոցների պայմաններում Ռուսաստանից դեպի Թուրքիա զբոսաշրջային հոսքերը չնվազեն, այսինքն՝ «Պեգաս Տուրիստիկի» բիզնեսը չտուժի:
Այսպիսով՝ Աքպինար-Բուկրեյ զույգը ռուսական Nordwind Airlines եւ Ikar ավիաընկերությունների, ինչպես նաեւ Pegas Touristik տուրգործակալության սեփականատերն է, որոնց փոխկապակցված են թուրքական Southwind Airlines-ն ու «Հայկական ավիաուղիները»:
