Ուկրաինայում խաղաղ կարգավորման թեմայի շուրջ շփումները դժվար են ընթանում, ուրբաթ կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասել է ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը։ Այս մասին գրում է kommersant.ru-ն՝ հիշեցնելով, որ այսօր ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոն նախազգուշացրել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ը կարող է դադարեցնել իր միջնորդական ջանքերը Ուկրաինայի բանակցային գործընթացում, եթե համաձայնության հասնելու նշաններ չտեսնի։

«Շփումները բավականին բարդ են, քանի որ, բնականաբար, թեման հեշտ չէ՝ ուկրաինական կարգավորման թեման»,- լրագրողներին ասել է Պեսկովը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ որոշակի առաջընթաց ու զարգացումներ կան, սակայն կողմերը դեռ շատ բարդ հարցեր ունեն քննարկելու։

Ուրբաթ առավոտյան, Փարիզում եվրոպացի գործընկերների հետ հանդիպումներից հետո, ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոն նախազգուշացրել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն կարող է դադարեցնել միջնորդությունը Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև կարգավորման հարցում, եթե առաջիկա օրերին հստակ նշաններ չհայտնվեն, որ համաձայնության հնարավոր է հասնել:

ԱՄՆ-ն առաջիկա մի քանի օրվա ընթացքում կկարողանա հասկանալ, թե արդյոք հնարավոր է վերջ տալ Ուկրաինայի հակամարտությունը. այդ մասին Փարիզում լրագրողներին հայտնել է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոն։

«Մենք պետք է շատ արագ որոշենք հիմա, և ես խոսում եմ մի քանի օրերի մասին, թե արդյոք դա (հակամարտության կարգավորումը-Խմբ.) հնարավոր է առաջիկա մի քանի շաբաթվա ընթացքում, թե ոչ: Եթե ​​այո, ապա մենք կմասնակցենք, եթե  ոչ, ապա մենք այլ առաջնահերթությունների վրա կկենտրոնանանք»,- ասել է նա:

Ռուբիոյի խոսքով՝ ԱՄՆ իշխանությունները պատրաստ են օգնել լուծելու ուկրաինական հակամարտությունը, եթե երկու կողմերն էլ հավատարիմ լինեն խաղաղությանը, հավելում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։ 

«Եթե երկու կողմերն էլ լրջորեն են տրամադրված խաղաղության հասնելու հարցում, ապա մենք ցանկանում ենք օգնել»,- ընդգծել է նա։

Ըստ պետքարտուղարի՝ ԱՄՆ-ն երեք տարի Ուկրաինային աջակցելուց և միլիարդավոր դոլարներ ծախսելուց հետո հասել է մի կետի, երբ պետք է կենտրոնանա այլ խնդիրների վրա:

«ԱՄՆ-ի տեսանկյունից մենք երեք տարի և միլիարդավոր դոլարներ ենք ծախսել Ուկրաինային աջակցելու համար և այժմ հասել ենք մի կետի, երբ պետք է կենտրոնանանք այլ խնդիրների վրա», - ասել է նա:
