Литва запретила россиянам с ВНЖ посещать Россию

Сейм Литвы ужесточил национальные санкции в отношении граждан России и Беларуси, дополнив их положением об аннулировании вида на жительство (ВНЖ) для россиян за посещении РФ или РБ. Поправки вступают в силу 3 мая 2025 года. Об этом сообщается на официальном сайте литовского парламента.

Согласно документу, ВНЖ, выданный гражданину России, будет аннулирован в случае, если он дважды и более посетит Россию или Беларусь в течение трех месяцев. Обсуждалась также возможность распространить данную меру и на граждан Беларуси, однако эта инициатива не была поддержана. Поправки были приняты подавляющим большинством голосов — «за» высказались 115 депутатов, один воздержался.

При этом закон предусматривает исключения. Санкции не будут применяться к тем, кто ездил в Россию или Беларусь по «объективным и независящим» причинам. Также ограничения не коснутся работников компаний, осуществляющих грузовые и пассажирские перевозки между странами Евросоюза, включая транзит через территорию Литвы.
