2018թ. ապրիլն էր, Նյու Յորքում մասնակցում էի ՄԱԿ Գլխավոր Ասամբլեայի աշխատանքներին: Այս նկարից շատ կարճ ժամանակ անց ՄԱԿ-ում Հայաստանի ներկայացուցչության պատից հանվեց Սերժ Սարգսյանի նկարը, անհետացավ շախմատը, իսկ Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը դարձավ Նիկոլի Արտաքին գործերի նախարարը, այն նախարարը, ում օրոք «ինչ-որ պետք ա, դա էլ բանակցում էին» ու բանակցում էին «սեփական կետից»:
 
Նա եղավ այն նախարարը, ում օրոք դրվեց սեղանին 2019թ. բանակցային առաջարկը, որը Նիկոլը համառորեն չի հրապարակում: Նա եղավ այն նախարարը, ում օրոք տասնամյակներ բանակցված փաթեթը դրվեց մի կողմ, ու մենք պարտվեցինք ոչ միայն պատերազմում, այլև դիվանագիտական ճակատում:
 
Նա եղավ այն նախարարը, ով Արցախի կայացած պետության՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության լեգիտիմ ընտրված իշխանությանն անվանեց «Արցախի ընտրված ներկայացուցիչներ», սկիզբ դնելով «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ադրբեջանական համայնք» ՀԿ-ի լեգիտիմացմանը պաշտոնական հարթակներում:
 
Նա եղել է այն նախարարը, ով պատերազմի օրերին մի քանի անգամ 6 ժամից ավել «բանակցել է» հրադադարի համար և չի կարողացել պնդել հայկական շահը:
 
Նա եղել է այն նախարարը, ով հրաժարականից հետո որևէ բառ չի խոսել, չի զղջացել, չի փորձել շտկել իրավիճակը:
 
Հիմա, երբ բոլոր նախկին աննահանջ բանակցողները պահանջում են ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության շրջանակներում արված 2019թ. փաթեթը հանրայնացնել, հանկարծակիորեն Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը նշանակվում է Հայաստանի Դիվանագիտական դպրոցի տնօրեն:
