Բյուջեի կատարողականի քննարկման այս օրերին բոլորը գովում են իրենց աշխատանքը, ճոռոմ խոսքեր հնչեցնում արդյունքների մասին, բայց բացում ես հաշվետվությունը` լրիվ հակառակի մասին է: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։
«Վերցնենք ատեստացիայի գործընթացը:
ՊՆ-ի մասով գրված է, որ 2024 թվականին ատեստացիային մասնակցած զինծառայողների 57%-ն է հաղթահարել դրական գնահատականի շեմը:
ԱԱԾ-ի դեպքում ցուցանիշը 35% է:
Ոստիկանությունը ներկայացված է թվերով. 4063 ծառայողից դրական շեմը հաղթահարել է 1031-ը:
Փրկարար ծառայության դեպքում, մինչև այժմ քննության է մասնակցել 1805 ծառայող, դրական գնահատական ստացել` 496-ը:
Թեև խիստ հարաբերական ամենաբարձրը ՊՆ-ի ցուցանիշներն է, բայց սա էլ անբավարար արդյունք է, որովհետև, մեծ առումով, ֆիզիկական, մասնագիտական, շարային, կրակային պատրաստության առումով, քննության մասնակիցների 43%-ը անբավարար է ստացել, ինչ ահազանգ է մեծ թվով խնդիրների մասին, ինչի վերաբերյալ մեկ այլ առիթով կանդրադառնամ:
