Ռուսաստանի աշխատանքի նախարարությունը հաստատել է այն մասնագիտությունների ցանկը, որոնք օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներին հնարավորություն են տալիս պարզեցված ձևով Ռուսաստանում բնակության թույլտվություն ստանալ, նրանց թիվն այժմ 203-ի փոխարեն կազմում է 29, ըստ նախարարության հրամանի։

Հրամանի նախագիծը հրապարակվել է մարտի վերջին և ներառել է 31 մասնագիտություն։ Նախկինում նրանց թիվը 203 էր։ Համապատասխան կարգը տեղադրված է կարգավորող իրավական ակտերի կայքում։

«Հաստատել օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների և առանց օտարերկրյա որակավորում ունեցող մասնագետների մասնագիտությունների (մասնագիտությունների, պաշտոնների) ցանկը, որոնք իրավունք ունեն Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում կացության թույլտվություն ստանալու առանց ժամանակավոր կացության թույլտվություն ստանալու՝ համաձայն սույն կարգի հավելվածի»,- ասվում է փաստաթղթում։

Ցուցակում ներառված են ինժեներական և ինժեներական աշխատանքներ, ինչպես նաև վերլուծական մասնագիտություններ՝  դիզայներներ, ծրագրավորողներ, մեխանիկներ և այլն:

Մինչև 2023 թվականի ապրիլը ռուսաստանյան աշխատաշուկայում պահանջարկ ունեցող մասնագիտություններ ունեցող օտարերկրացիներն իրավունք ունեին պարզեցված ձևով քաղաքացիություն ստանալ։ Հետո օրենքի այս դրույթը ուժը կորցրած է ճանաչվել։ Բացի այդ, չեղյալ է համարվել Աշխատանքի նախարարության հրամանը, որը սահմանել է այն մասնագիտությունների ցանկը, որոնք իրավունք են տալիս քաղաքացիություն ստանալ պարզեցված եղանակով։
