«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ng.ru-ն «Երևանն ու Բաքուն տարաձայնություններ ունեն Հիմնական օրենքների շուրջ» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Անթալիայի դիվանագիտական ֆորումի շրջանակներում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարներ Արարատ Միրզոյանն ու Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը քննադատություններ են փոխանակել երկու երկրների Սահմանադրության վերաբերյալ։ Երևանի ներկայացուցիչը մտավախություն ունի, որ իր հարևանները, հենվելով իրենց Հիմնական օրենքի վրա, կարող են փորձել գրավել իր երկրի մի զգալի մասը։ Բաքվի բանագնացն իր հերթին վստահ է, որ Հայաստանի ներկա Սահմանադրությունը կարժեզրկի խաղաղության պայմանագիրը։

Միջազգային հարաբերությունների վերլուծական կենտրոնի խորհրդի նախագահ Ֆարիդ Շաֆիևը ng.ru-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է, որ Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունը Բաքվի առանցքային պահանջն է, առանց որի նա խաղաղության պայմանագիր չի ստորագրի։ Միաժամանակ, Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությանը չի անհանգստացնում այն փաստը, որ ապագայում հարևան երկրի Հիմնական օրենքը կարող է կրկին վերաշարադրվել։ «Իհարկե, ոչ մի Սահմանադրություն անձեռնմխելի չէ: Դրա փոփոխությունը պատմական գործընթաց է: Բայց այստեղ խոսքը ոչ թե ներքին գործերի, այլ տարածքային պահանջների մասին է: Եթե ապագայում Հայաստանը ինչ-որ կերպ Ղարաբաղը մտցնի իր Սահմանադրության մեջ, ապա խաղաղության պայմանագիրը կկորցնի իր ուժը: Հայկական կողմն ուզում է ասել, որ ադրբեջանական Սահմանադրությունում ևս ամեն ինչ հարթ չէ՝ կապված 1918 թվականի հղումների հետ, բայց ադրբեջանական ոչ մի փաստաթղթում չի հիշատակվում հայկական տարածքը», – ասել է Շաֆիևը: Միևնույն ժամանակ, փորձագետը նշել է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների պնդումները Հանրապետության Սահմանադրական դատարանի որոշման վերաբերյալ ջախջախում են Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նախագահության պատմությունը։ Նա չէր կարող ղեկավարել երկիրը, քանի որ ապրել էր Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում, սակայն 1990-ականներին տեղի Ֆեմիդան որոշեց, որ Ստեփանակերտը Հայաստան է։

1990 թվականին գրված և ԽՍՀՄ-ի կողմից անմիջապես անօրինական ճանաչված Անկախության հռչակագրին հղումը։ Դա ավելի շուտ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի վրա ճնշում գործադրելու ձևերից մեկն է»,- իր հերթին ասել է Կովկասի ինստիտուտի ղեկավար Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանը ng.ru-ի հետ զրույցում։ Նա նաև համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարության սահմանադրական հանրաքվե անցկացնելու փորձը կձախողվի:
