Վրաստանի խորհրդարանն արգելել է արտասահմանից դրամաշնորհ ստանալ առանց կառավարության համաձայնության

Վրաստանի խորհրդարանն արգելում է դրամաշնորհների հատկացումն առանց կառավարության համաձայնության: Մասնավորապես՝ խորհրդարանի պատգամավորները երրորդ և վերջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունել են փոփոխություններ, որոնք արգելում են ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց առանց կառավարության համաձայնության դրամաշնորհներ ստանալ միջազգային կազմակերպություններից։ Նախաձեռնությանը պաշտպանել է 80 խորհրդարանական, գրում է kommersant.ru-ն:
Խորհրդարանի նախագահ Շալվա Պապուաշվիլիի պնդմամբ՝ արևմտյան դոնոր կազմակերպությունները «ֆինանսավորում են արմատական հակակառավարական խմբերին», որոնք «ատելության խոսք են սերմանում», փորձում են երկրում հեղափոխություն իրականացնել և «Վրաստանում երկրորդ ճակատ են բացում Ռուսաստանի դեմ»։
Դրամաշնորհ տրամադրելու թույլտվություն ստանալու համար կազմակերպությունները պետք է դիմեն Վրաստանի կառավարությանն առընթեր հակակոռուպցիոն բյուրո։ Հարցմանը ընթացք կտրվի տասնօրյա ժամկետում։ Միջազգային կազմակերպությունից առանց կառավարության համաձայնության ֆինանսական աջակցություն ստանալու դեպքում Վրաստանի քաղաքացիները ենթակա են տուգանքի՝ դրամաշնորհի կրկնակի չափով։
Փոփոխությունները չեն վերաբերում միջազգային սպորտային կազմակերպություններին կամ արտերկրում ուսման կամ գիտական աշխատանքի համար հատկացվող դրամաշնորհներին։ Վրացական շուրջ 100 հասարակական կազմակերպություններ արդեն օրենքն անվանել են «վրացի ժողովրդի ստրկացման և ճնշելու ակտ» և զգուշացրել են, որ մտադիր չեն «իրագործել ռուսական ևս մեկ օրենքի դրույթները»։
