Հանրակրթության պետական չափորոշիչները բազմաթիվ դժվարություններ են ստեղծել ուսուցիչների համար: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց կրթության ոլորտի փորձագետ Ատոմ Մխիթարյանը:
«Հանրակրթության պետական չափորոշիչները ամեն ինչ տակնուվրա են արել մեր հանրակրթական դպրոցներում: Ուսուցիչներին ամենաշատ բարկացնող երևույթն այն է, որ չափորոշիչներին համապատասխան շատ դասագրքեր հիմա գոյություն չունեն: Նաև բողոքում էին նրանից, որ թեմատիկ պլաններին համապատասխան էքսելով ինչ-որ հղումներ են ստանում, և այդ հղումները հիմնականում օտարալեզու գրականությունից են: Մասնավորապես՝ դրանք վերաբերվում են քիմիային, որից դասագրքեր չկան՝ 10-րդ, 11-րդ դասարանների դասագրքեր չկան:
Ըստ էության՝ երեխաները ոչ մի բան չեն սովորում, որովհետև ուսուցիչներին ոչ մեկ չի ասում, թե ինչ դասագրքով պետք է սովորեցնել կամ ինչ նյութերից պետք է օգտվել: Իսկ այդ հղումները պետք է նստել թարգմանել, և դրանք էլ իրար չեն համապատասխանում: Դրա ուղղակի արտահայտությունն այն է, որ երկու տարի շարունակ քիմիայի դիմորդների թափուր տեղեր են մնում՝ նույնիսկ այն պարագայում, երբ այդ տեղերը տարկետումով տեղեր են, այսինքն եթե մարդիկ ընդունվեն տարկետումով, ապա ազատվելու են զինվորական ծառայությունից, և նույնիսկ, եթե 7, 5 միավոր են հավաքում, ապա այդ դեպքում էլ չեն ընդունվում: Երկու տարի շարունակ մենք որևէ ուսանող չենք կարողանում գտնել, որ դիմի այդ ֆակուլտետ ու դառնա այդ մասնագետը»,-ասաց Մխիթարյանը:
Մխիթարյանի խոսքով՝ դպրոցներում գնահատման սիստեմը ևս փոխվել է. «Ընդհանրապես՝ գնահատման այն համակարգը, որը մենք ունեինք, հիմա այդ համակարգն այլևս չկա և որևէ մեկն էլ չկա, որ բացատրի՝ ինչպես պետք է գնահատել այդ դեպքում»:
Մխիթարյանի խոսքով՝ ուսուցիչների համար երրորդ խնդիրն այն է, որ նրանց ծանրաբեռնվածությունը եթե չասենք կրկնապատկվել, ապա եռապատկվել է. «Նկատի ունեմ՝ մեխանիկական աշխատանքները: Նրանք բողոքում են, որ մինչև գիշեր պետք է նստեն համակարգչի մոտ և ինչ-որ բաներ լրացնեն՝ պլաններ», -ասաց Մխիթարյանը:
Անդրադառնալով հարցին՝ թե նոր չափորոշիչներով երբ հանվում են իններորդ դասարանի ավարտական քննություները, ապա ի՞նչ խնդիրներ կարող են առաջանալ՝ պատասխանեց. «Դա անցումն է միջին դպրոցից դեպի ավագ դպրոցի, որի համար ստացվում է՝ որևէ խոչընդոտ այլևս չկա, որովհետև դա որոշակի առումով զգաստացնող միջոց էր, որ ինչ-որ փուլ հաղթահարում ես՝ անցնում ես հաջորդին», -ասաց Մխիթարյանը:
